“'Twas good, fyi no more fish plank night on Monday. We had them $5 meat pies instead. The steak and potato and ground beef were good, the pork was a solid sausage patty that needed the curry sauce. The fries are excellent and they have curry and/ or malt vinegar.

Corn hole out back on the patio and a toddler play pen. Breezy views of Sloans' Lake with dogs made it a very nice date night.“

A clear multitasker, serving and behind the bar. I’d come back just for her level of service but the food is not to be ignored either. Definitely became one of my favorite brunch spots in the area, easily. Food came out fast, hot, and delicious. I sat in a seat for way too long and wasn’t bothered or pushed out. “Excellent service, staff always checks if I have a drink and if I want one. Very fun and energetic area. Views are great overlooking Sloan's lake. They are also very welcoming of a brewery . Beers are great , they do a good amount of collaboration which says to me that they are get along with other breweries in the industry well. Worth a visit for sure !“

Happy Lemon truly impressed me during my recent visit. I arrived just five minutes before closing, expecting to be turned away or rushed, but was met with exceptional service. The staff took my order for a large boba milk tea with half ice and half sugar with a warm smile, showing no signs of irritation despite the late hour.

When the drink initially leaked, the employee promptly resealed it to ensure it was properly sealed and wouldn’t spill when I inserted the straw. This extra attention to detail demonstrated their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

The shop itself was spotless, with clean tables and floors, reflecting high standards of hygiene. The boba milk tea was perfectly crafted, balancing flavor and texture and served at the ideal temperature.

A cash-only cathedral of cheap beer and brutal honesty parked right on the edge of Sloan’s Lake, Denver’s glimmering puddle of cosmic reflection. The Lakeview Lounge doesn’t care about your apps, your IPA flights, or your precious little debit card. Bring cash, order your drink, and stay out of the way.

I asked for a Coors Light — and bless them, they poured it into a glass. Not a mason jar. Not a frosty mug. A glass. Clear, cold, straight from the tap. It hit exactly as advertised: like a liquid apology from the state of Colorado itself. Not fancy. Not ironic. “Fantastic bartenders atmosphere a little bit loud for carrying on a conversation but all the drinks looked amazing and you can bring the food in from the food area and enjoy yourself while you’re having whatever cocktails air conditioning isn’t too bad. I would like to see it a little bit colder butit’s a very open area so I think that’s why it’s a little bit warmer than I think it should be for as hot as it is but definitely it must come and check it out.“
