“A group of us from out of town came based on the suggestion of a local friend, and Gladys did not disappoint! I ordered the Po' Boi burger for myself and got the truffle sauce with my fries, and let me tell you, you MUST get the sauce if you like creamy, mushroom stuff! The Po' Boi was also delicious, and I got to sample a bit of the Kabocha Gnocchi, the Reuben, and the Sweet Beet salad, and they were all things I would order again! I honestly was surprised by how much I liked the Sweet Beet salad, as I am not typically a fan of grapefruit (which I believe was one of the citrus fruits included in the dish), but it's a great mix of sweet and earthy flavors. The location is inside of a food court type setup, so this also seems like a good place for a group with varied tastes, as if you have omnivores with a fear of vegetarian/vegan food with you, they could grab food elsewhere and I believe you could take your food and eat it out in the court area together. The decor is modern and reasonably trendy and a little industrial, and the restaurant was very clean (but we also arrived shortly after opening, so that's to be expected). I think it would make a decent date spot as well. I think next time I'm in the Denver area, I would prioritize stopping by here. It was really tasty, and a nice little gem of a restaurant!“

“This is my 3rd different GB and it is by far the best!!!!! I had to let the cook know that the fish AND the chips could not have been more perfect . The condiments area was stellar!!! Vinagar, fresh cut lemons amd some of if not the best tartar sauce. So tasty and creamy. Great job GB.“

“This place is such a fun experience. The location, views, the open patio space make it a great meetup spot! The brews are refreshing with a selection to suit all palettes from IPA to Belgian to German Lager, it's got everyone covered. And, food trucks fill your belly! I enjoy it most especially during the summer for the patios, but it's a cozy spot during the winters, as well. The place does get packed, so be sure to plan accordingly with parking and otherwise.“

“Fantastic bartenders atmosphere a little bit loud for carrying on a conversation but all the drinks looked amazing and you can bring the food in from the food area and enjoy yourself while you’re having whatever cocktails air conditioning isn’t too bad. I would like to see it a little bit colder butit’s a very open area so I think that’s why it’s a little bit warmer than I think it should be for as hot as it is but definitely it must come and check it out.“
