“This gas station Chicken shack has quite the reputation for good fried chicken. It did not disappoint. I had the jambalaya for a side ithat was surprisingly good. Throw out any notions of gas station garbage on rollers or microwaved junk. This is actually quite good. Not really anywhere to sit, although they have a long table with chairs that are not in use. I met the cook not only was he very helpful, it was quite clear he really enjoyed making good food.
