“This is my go to bar when I need a nice cold beer after work, watching the game, or just because. I have been coming here for over 15 years. I have been here seen several managers come through. Kristie being my first bartender now the owner has always been great even after so many years. All of the bartenders are great but Ashley is my favorite she always has been.“

“This place is kinda tucked away in a hotel lobby and not visible from the street so you need to know what you're looking for. That makes the crowd a little more deliberate about their destination, which is nice. Seating is at your choice - I sat at the bar which was very nice and easy. The interior is very nice and the lighting makes it quite special - definitely a unique atmosphere. Friendly bartenders (all female) and great cocktails. The cocktail menu is interesting and generally quite upscale. Would recommend!“

“My favorite bar in Denver. The music was just loud enough, the playlist varied from rock to rap to punk, the decor was kitschy and retro, and the service was the BEST!!! We are from San Francisco Bay Area and the vibe of this place felt more like home than any other bar in Denver. Came for one and stayed ‘til 2.

“Love the atmosphere of the private room and the staff were friendly!! Not very sound proof though, and it was just YouTube - took a while to search songs (no speech option so had to type it out with remote) and no queue option. But we had a blast!!“

“Absolutely fantastic experience at Eddie V’s from start to finish. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were all on point.

We started with cocktails and ordered the Hope Diamond and the 24 Karat, and both were excellent. Definitely more than just good looking drinks. The cocktails were legitimately great.

For dinner, we had steak along with the lobster bisque and lobster mashed potatoes. Everything came out perfectly prepared and tasted amazing. The lobster mashed potatoes are absolutely worth ordering.

And DO NOT sleep on the Berries & Cream for dessert. It sounds basic compared to everything else on the menu, but trust me, you won’t regret it. It ended up being one of the highlights of the meal.

Jacob was our server and did an awesome job. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed without constantly hovering over the table. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and the level of service matched the quality of the food.

The atmosphere was also exactly what you want from a place like this. Upscale without feeling stuffy, lively without being too loud, and you can actually have a conversation at your table. There were even a few local celebrity athletes dining there while we were there, and we got the chance to say hi, which was a pretty cool bonus to the night.

The restaurant was easy to find, valet made parking incredibly easy, and even the bathrooms were spotless. You can tell they pay attention to the details throughout the entire restaurant.

Overall, Eddie V’s delivered across the board. Excellent steaks, great seafood, fantastic cocktails, awesome service, and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back.

And seriously, get the Berries & Cream.“

“Forest Room 5 is, to me, like browsing a nostalgic, 80’s themed museum or time capsule at 3:33 AM. It has such a calm and inviting atmosphere for such an eclectic and somewhat bizarre setting. It is a vaporwave connoisseur’s ultimate dream- old objects your parents or grandparents might have had lying around when you were a kid, old documentaries and music, coupled with the pastoral vibes of a forest you might have visited long ago, or have fond memories about growing up. The vending machine is an eclectic goody bag of random objects with somewhat sentimental quality. It’s as though they plucked random memories from my subconscious mind and sold them to me. The bathrooms are some of the most calming rooms in the whole bar, with spacey visuals and reverb-tinged music filling the space with nostalgia and comfort. Forest Room 5 is an absolute gem in a city famous for its avant-garde establishments and attractions. PLEASE check them out. All of the staff were very kind, the drinks were creative and enjoyable, and the food is delicious.“

“Beautiful open space, great for large groups with lots of couches and views and a large bar. Only downside is no sound absorbing walls/floors/ceiling and the large main room gets quite loud. The smaller west room is quieter with ample seating and a cozy fireplace.“

It can feel a little crowded or loud at times, but that’s part of the bar’s character. Overall, a decent spot for a casual night out.“

“Out of state visitor. Was in the area and ended up here to unwind and play pool. Very laidback dive, just what I love in a bar. Elsie took great care of us. Friends and I played several rounds of pool unbothered and had great cheap drinks in the meantime. Would recommend to anyone looking for a chill, old school pool hall.“

“Located in the Meridien Hotel lobby it’s a bustling but chic atmosphere. We had a drink here while waiting to go upstairs to the rooftop bar.

The espresso martini was strong and the combination of Amaro and chocolate bitters gave it a nutty, sweet flavor without being overly sugary.“

“We have been loyal patrons of Lila B Lounge for several years. We have been drawn there for the live music at an early hour. Also, this is in part to the great bartenders - now Michael. Now we've been told there will be no more music until 'possibly' the spring. So, one of the places we love and have patronized regularly has just 'kicked us out,' when they know we come in for the music. Good luck keeping guests who aren't even there for the comedy club.“
