“We went to Shondiz last night for dinner and it was excellent. We were served barley soup (ashe joh) when we first got there and it was the best I ever had. I ordered mast-o-mousir to start and it did not disappoint. My husband ordered zereskh polo with chicken and I had the juheh kebab. Both meals were great. The owner Mohammed came out to talk to us and he was really friendly. We will definitely be back!“

Highly recommend what we got, which was eggplant dip, kebab plates, and mint lemonade. Fair warning the mint lemonade is a bit sweet, so you may want to dilute with soda water or take it home for later.“

Scratch kitchen and it’s the best med in Denver. Small place on 32nd but has a few tables inside and outside. The rotisserie chicken is to die for (I’m back the second day in a row). The spices are flavorful on the chicken but it is so juicy and they cut the side order into pieces. Easy to eat and I love their tahini. Nutty, earthy and subtle. Pairs excellent with scratch pita from the oven. The salads are excellent. Very fresh, lots of cool ingredients, falafel a must as well. Fresh is the key here. Everything tastes like it was just made with quality ingredients. People are friendly and price is affordable. Again some of the best rotisserie chicken I’ve ever had. “Met up with a few friends to grab food and drinks and decided on checking out Spitz. Couldn't have picked a better venue. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was awesome. 2000's pop punk was looping through the speakers and the walls were covered in murals of the same era. The custom drinks were also amazing. Perfect spot to hit up before a Fiddlers Green show or just to catch up with friends. 10/10 would recommend!“
