“Great meal at Carciofi in Prospect last night. Great cocktails, all pasta made in house, friendly and prompt service. Best Cacio e Pepe I've had in quite a while and my wife really enjoyed her Aglio e Olio Artichoke Pasta.We had Honey Goat Cheese Schmear on French Bread and Smoked Salmon Bites to start. Both delicious. Tiramisu was light and fluffy! We enjoyed a nice bottle of Chianti Classico but would be nice to have another 10 items from Italy on the list.Cute spot; will be back!“

The food truck can be really good, but I wish it had more consistency with one or two items on the menu that are always available (burgers, quesadillas) in addition to the changing menu items, but still good overall!“
“Definitely a speakeasy because we got back in the car after not finding the front door. We called but only a message kind of telling you how to find it. The address number on a door was what threw us off. Door was locked and looked like no lights were on. We drove around the corner and finally saw a door that looked like we could enter. The pic included is what you need to find. Small little intimate bar in the basement that felt like you were downtown. I think this is what a speak easy is supposed to look and feel like...but in the suburbs. Mostly cocktails and a great place to end date night.“
“I've only ordered takeout from this location so I can't comment on the dine-in experience, but each meal was delicious. I love that Snooze has so many healthy and vegan options so there's something for everyone. Picking up food is always a breeze and the staff's super friendly.There was 1 time when my husband and I both ordered the hash browns and got an upset stomach; we pinpointed it to the hash browns because every time we'd pick at it throughout the day, our stomachs started bubbling. We thought there was something dairy in it, but couldn't figure out why that day, the hash was causing some GI upset. Outside of that one-off, everything's been great and anytime we feel like treating ourselves to a nice breakfast, we grab some grub here.“

“Wonderful food and the service is really next level. It starts with chips and salsa hitting the table as we're sitting down and it just gets better from there. I was gnawing on ribs with sauce up to my elbows when the waiter appeared with a stack of napkins, without my having to ask. And there were more examples of them actively anticipating our needs during the meal, attentively and politely. A warm, welcoming place that has really become my favorite Mexican restaurant.“
“This is a fantastic new restaurant with new Mexican flavors. This was our first time here and everything was delicious and unique. The service was great and the restaurant has bright dia de los muertos decor. We had a variety of tapas and delish sopapillas. We'll definitely be back!“
“We had a large group of about 25 in for Restaurant week last night. Elevated was great from the reservation process on. Our group typically does trendy restaurants in Downtown denver for restaurant week, this is our 9th year with a group this size. We chose this restaurant based of the menu they had for restaurant week. It was a lot of delicious food! We had a reservation for 30 but only 25 showed, the staff set up tables for us in the heated patio area which was perfect for a beautiful March night. The service was outstanding, Jax and a nice young lady (omg I feel terrible I can’t remember her name) were on top of everything all night long! we literally had the best service at this restaurant we have had anywhere for a group this size. The food was really good, the service was outstanding and the drinks were on point as well. There were some mess ups on the checks which happen sometimes with a group our size so no biggie. Jax was on top of it and made sure all charges were correct and everyone was good when we left. We definitely will be back! Thanks Elevated team we had a great evening in your establishment! ?“
“The food here was shockingly good, the lemonade was also really good but a bit expensive. The inside felt kind of weird and empty with the high ceiling and the service was pretty poor as I was dying for a drink and our server very rarely visited the table.“
