“We lived 4 blocks away, so we just to go a couple of times a week. We moved about 30 mins away, so now is our Sunday lunch spot after church. Awesome, authentic Mexican food. The owners always come to make sure everything is OK. Beef Alambre. Try it!!!“

“Cielito Lindo is a great find -- fabulous Mexican food right here in Longmont. Our server, Abby, was personable, knowledgable, a lot of fun. Tonight one of us got the traditional soft chile relleno and the other the crispy relleno -- both were delicious! We'll be back!“

“Thanks to the girls at Starbucks I think I've found my burrito spot. Although the intestines and tongue sounded good, I opted for the Steak Burrito w/the red chili sauce. The burrito was fabulously delicious and I inhaled it in a couple of bites. However, I was disappointed with the size as it was a tad bit larger than a taco. Aside from the size, it was so delicious, I ended up going back to order another one. The chili sauces were equally flavorful and fresh. If you're like me with a BIG appetite and love food, order extra. It's well worth your $$. Service was excellent.“

“Delicious food at VERY affordable prices. Portions are as large as typical Mexican Restaurants. The variety salsa bar inside allows you to add the spice level you like which is our preference. If you order through drive thru, ask for the salsa heat you like.“

“I came to fuzzies today with my friends and got the sweetest server Addison. Always had a smile on her face and was super quick to get us our drinks and food. Speaking of- the food was delicious and the drinks too! I will definitely be bringing my friends back here!“

“I’ve lived in so cal (east LA) and visited Mexico often and their tacos de cabeza and lengua are authentic! If you’ve never had those meat cuts please do but you might never want carne asada again. Very tasty tortillas too which is half the work. There is also a market attached to check out— they have their own chicharrones!
Definitely better than the unauthentic Mexican food across the street.“

“Fantastic food and service. We came in around 6:40 and the guys quickly brought out order to our table. My boys had pork and steak tacos. I had the smothered burrito. Along with Mexican Coke.The salsa bar was great each with a good kick!
