Flip, the bartender, served up specialty cocktails and tailored the experience to the individual with his table side service. The food was incredible! From the appetizers to desserts, not one component fell short. Part of me will be sad to not have a guarantee of certain items when we return, but then I’m reminded that it will be another opportunity to adventure into a new mouthwatering adventure. “We’re currently visiting my sister and her family in Colorado Springs, and decided to eat brunch together here. I was beyond impressed! My 2 year old (who will be 3 next week) has multiple food allergies. Normally going out to eat is a tough experience. Our server was so nice and when I mentioned allergies her response was “oh we take food allergies seriously, let me make sure that item is a safe food.” Not only was it the very first time he was able to order off of a kids menu (normally we feel lucky to get him one or two items ale carte), but the food came out with a “ALLERGY” flag in it which made us all feel safer about him eating it. He loved the meal, no allergic reaction, and the service/wait staff was FANTASTIC. I can’t wait to go back the next time we visit. 🥰“

“11 Dec 24 - Went to breakfast with a friend of mjne this mornjng and there were two couples ahead of us waiting to be seated. Finally the guy showed up from inside and started seating people. Just like most restaurants in town they only had two waitress working which also had to bus the table when the customers left. Amanda our waitress was friendly and fast. Their coffee is really good, our breakfast was great and portions were good size.“

“Build your plate. I had brisket, hot links, okra and fries. This is the best restaurant okra I’ve ever had. Being from Mississippi, I know fried okra. The fries and okra are prepared as they are ordered and are served fresh and hot. The fries are nice and firm, not mealy at all. The brisket was good and the hot links too. Portions are generous. The staff is great and the place is clean. I will definitely be back. You can’t miss with this place.“

“I’ve had a fantastic experience at I-Hop for our networking group meetings! We've met there twice now, and both times, the staff has been outstanding. They took excellent care of us, especially considering we were a large group.

The food came out perfectly and right on time, and I really appreciated how they kept our waters and coffees full throughout our meetings. The staff even set up the room for us before we arrived, which was a nice touch.

“Went there with three family members who were visiting from out of town. Found the food was delicious, fresh, well cooked, very clean, the staff kept all the dishes replenished and our table servant was very courteous and prompt. The price for one senior, one adult and two children was under $50 including a $5 tip. The desserts were great also with a wide variety. No complaints from me or my guests.“

“The dragon spicy calamari was a table favorite! The flatbread appetizer's flavor paled in comparison to calamari, but the presentation was beautiful. Music selection was off at times, and with all the local talent, it would be nice if live music was offered. Our server, Chachi, was incredibly attentive without being overbearing. She was smooth with the refills and courteous enough to know when to approach the table. Our light conversation and overall interaction with her added to the experience.“
