“we were in the area for a mini vacation (my sister and i). initially we were walking to the brunch nearby but as we were passing by, we changed our minds and went in. after seeing the cowboys game on, we sat down near the TV it was on. I asked if it was possible to change the TV behind my sister as well since we will be sitting across from one another. it was playing the Olympics races and nobody was watching (1 booth other than us and 4 people bar top). after it was changed, we ordered our food and drinks. a kitchen staff joked about the cowboys with friendly bantar before returning to the kitchen. shortly after, the general manager (I was unaware at the time) came from the kitchen and changed it again. I said excuse me several times to him and got 0 acknowledgement. the bartender shrugged his shoulders and looked away from me. I spoke to Anthony as there wasn't much time left on the game. Anthony attempted to talk to him and he said there were people watching the game. the game which was not put on until AFTER we requested the change. while I'm not one to sweat small stuff, I work in customer service and with 6 mins left on a preseason game, what's the harm? at least acknowledge me when I speak to you. let's come to an agreement. instead, I turned my chair around and waited to eat the appetizers sitting behind me on the table until the game was over (a whopping 4 mins) I don't get time to catch many games, was on vacation and wasn't being rude about it. i love sports and trust, I would've been stoked to catch the baseball game he changed it to AFTER the football game. and I would've been the only customer paying attention then too. so finally I was loud and thanked Anthony for his friendly demeanor and caring about his customers. I said it very loudly since I could not get acknowledgement when speaking politely and directly to him. what do ya know? now we hear me in the kitchen and have plenty to say. with music playing and food being prepared no less! I enjoyed the food. probably the best wings I've had in ages! the beer cheese soup was delicious. I enjoyed our waiter's customer care. without him, we would've walked out. food is top notch. caring about customers, not entirely priority. we don't visit often so it isn't a huge loss that we won't be returning because of one person. Definitely ask for Anthony if you do go!“

He told us, in no uncertain terms, that he really appreciated the fact we showed no anti-Asian hatred. I can’t even imagine as such. I especially love going there on Thursday and Friday nights for karaoke and every other Tuesday for open Mic night! the staff is fabulous, drinks are fair-priced, enclosed patio, upfront parking for bikes. “What a fantastic place for a night out! The staff were welcoming and attentive, the menu was impressive with so many choices, and the bar was cozy and clean. The food was delicious and surprisingly low priced for large portions. It came out hot and exactly as we ordered. “Love this bar! Karaoke is great on Wednesdays and Saturdays! The food is great! Love the staff! This is a go to spot for my friends and I every weekend! It can get packed so get there early if you want a table! With the construction going on, the best parking you can get will be the parking lots behind the building on the south side or the lot on the east. Street parking was great here before the colfax construction.“

“The only criticism I have is quit calling your appetizer jalapeno queso and guacamole! It is not queso! It is spicy or jalapeno pimento cheese. It is very good but most people will expect it to be served hot!“

“The Old Man Bar is hands down my favorite spot in Broomfield. The smoked wings are incredible, the burnt ends are packed with flavor, and the pulled pork sandwiches never disappoint. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is what keeps me coming back.
They have a huge beer garden with plenty of shade, a big-screen TV for games, and live bands on the weekends that create a great vibe. Families will appreciate the giant tic-tac-toe and other outdoor games for kids, while adults can enjoy the pool tables and cold drinks.

“I had thought I was here before but it turned out I was not. My homeboy invited me after a movie and it was exactly what we needed. Juggalo friendly, excellent artwork, perfect mix of people, and the staff are on point. I couldn't come up with a disagreement with this bar if I tried. Highly recommended. If I had any concern, it would be that there was only one bathroom, for everybody, who said I will let you know when I'm out. Lol. Which is honestly not that big a deal. I'll definitely be back. I wish I took photos because the bar was actually pretty dope looking.“

“Great little grill right on the golf course. The view is of rolling hills and mountains. It has a couple of TV's and a bit of a sports bar vibe. The food is what really shines. The menu has a little bit at everything. You have to try hard not to find something that you like. We had a chicken Caesar salad and Adobo chicken tacos. Both were really well prepared and had generous servings. The Adobo tacos were a little spicy and had a great flavor.“

“I was there from 8:15pm until a little after 1am, last friday (6/27/26). Chill crowd to start. I sang twice and around 10pm the crowd got busier and more ppl were dancing as well. Great singing and I will try the food next time. Service was top notch (bar and floor). I sang again around 11:30pm.. very fun place. I will def be back (but not 4th of July weekend.. the next for sure!).“

“I did not have any food, but did stop in for drinks. Our group happened to attend when a DJ was performing, and it was AWESOME! The rooftop was packed, but I was still able to get drinks from both bars (upstairs and downstairs) quickly. Props to those bar tenders. If I'm ever in the area again, I will 100% be checking this place out again. Also a bonus that it's right next door to Summit Music. There happened to be a dance party hosted that night, so the whole block was buzzing. 11/10 - definitely recommend.“

“Honestly, the hot wings made me want to throw them right in the trash after paying $12 for them. I don't like turkey legs or bigger wings like that I like the little mini ones that taste perfect aside from that. I had a really good time every time I've been there and the atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful“
