“I went to Kawa Ni during my latest trip to Denver thanks to a friend’s recommendation and it did not disappoint! My favorite dishes were by far the red curry onigiri with its crispy rice and amazingly balanced sauce. Don’t skip the addictive cabbage either, it lives up to its name and provides a good “cool down” between spicier dishes :) I don’t know about the men’s but for the ladie’s, you’ll get a nice surprise in the bathroom: heated seats!“

“Tucked away in the wonderful Mango House sits this Denver gem. It's ran by an amazing family that really takes pride in their food. We got the Veggie Momo's (a delight for those non meat eaters), Chicken Chow Mein (Literally made me drool a bit before the first bite) and Egg Chow Mein (which is a constant fav for my kiddo), but it won't matter what you order because everything taste so great.“

“Some of the best Thai food I’ve had. It felt EXTREMELY authentic. Very high quality ingredients. It is a tragedy this place isn’t more busy. It has a “hole-in-wall” exterior, but inside is very clean and welcoming, with excellent service. There are very, very few restaurants in the area I would give a 10/10. This is one of them. Incredible depth of flavor. Great people. You’re missing out if you haven’t tried it. I live nearby, this will become my new regular spot.“

“I’ve had this place saved in my bookmarks for months and I finally was able to go and try it, and WOW it does not disappoint!!

I got the Tom Yum noodle scoop with veggies and tofu medium spicy, and it was exactly what i wanted and needed. the flavors were rich, complex, and just spicy enough to give it a warm bite.

My friend got the Pad See Ew with chicken and said it was incredible. we both cleared our plates (she said she was a little too full, but I felt perfectly satisfied with the noodle soup)

“As we were struggling to find a place to eat, we found this place and we were NOT disappointed. We walked into a very live atmosphere and the woman behind the counter was so nice. Handled our large party and another one before like a champ. Food so was good, could’ve eaten 6 more serving. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting Denver or craving some Asian food.“

“I love this place. I used to go here when I worked nearby. Now it’s a bit further away, but I find myself craving it and ordering on DoorDash or for delivery. I really love everything here but the Dan Dan Noodles are great. The noodles are so delicate and the favor is perfect. I always want more bok choy but that might be a me thing.“

“We'd love to eat here again. The menu has a clearly-labeled vegan section right up front (except for the vegan meatball soup, which is hidden a few pages in). The vegan egg rolls are good, but pricey for the serving size. Otherwise, the portions are very generous; a medium soup could easily serve two. The tofu noodle bowl is a bit bland; the vegan sauce doesn't quite match the typical Vietnamese fish sauce, but it's easy enough to adjust by adding more and/or sriracha, etc. Jennie Pho is an especially good option for mixed parties of vegans and non-vegans.“

“Excellent Pad Thai. Very well balanced spice without overpowering amounts of Tamarind. Fresh bean sprouts. Food made by a craftsman! If you want to muscle it up with chili spice the blend they prepared lit the fire. The mango sticky rice for dessert really is memorable.“

“I came in to cancel an order because I made a mistake. After speaking with the manager, we had a misunderstanding. I acted rudely and he responded calmly and with kindness. I soon realized the misunderstanding was more of my fault than his. I apologized for my rudness, he accepted it and extended his hand to shake mine. Anyone who keeps there cool in a somewhat hostile situation deserves to be commended, especially when it was not their fault. I would definitely return to this location, solely on that fact. The Cajun dish was good but a little too much green onion garnish. The mac and cheese dish was Bland and super salty and not enough cheese. I would definitely not get it again. Being a creature of habit, I typically get the same thing but tonight I tried their new Spicy Korean Beef Noodles. It was excellent and actually a lot more spice than I would have expected, which I really enjoyed. Overall, the food was very good. The service was a little slower than normal tonight but the place was packed, so that may be why.“

“So let me say, Joey, the manager at this particular Noodles & Co is one of the BEST. I don’t come to Noodles & Co all the time and when I do, I very rarely encounter a problem. Well, the pasta that I ordered from there dual licious. It’s a small pasta and a small salad. I had a problem with because there just wasn’t enough sauce on the pasta.. I called to express how unhappy I was the little sauce on my pasta and Jon made note of it and when I called tonight to come and pick up my remake Joey, the manager gave me a regular size pasta dish instead of the small and he gave me a rice crispy treat in addition to that he definitely made my night and he’s always present. He’s such a sweetheart. His whole vibe is just filled with so much compassion, caring professionalism. They definitely have the right person for the job and I won’t go to another Noodles & Co unless I’m in another state or something. I will always come to this one. Deserves something extra whether it’s a raise or a mini vacation or a long vacation I don’t know, but you all have gem On your hands and you need to do whatever it takes to keep him. The French Onion Soup Dumplings, The Pot Stickers, Pork Belly Bao Buns and cocktails were fantastic, the Edamame Dumplings and General Cho’s Soup Dumplings were good as well. We didn’t care for the Wagyu Beef Skewers but that’s just a personal preference. All in all a terrific late lunch, and we will absolutely be back! The staff was terrific and welcoming.“

“Ramen - the food of my youth. I have spent long periods of my life (like law school) living on ramen. “o soba” (the noodles) was one of my first words having been born in Japan. This was the shit - authentic ramen. My date loved her poke bowl. The bao special was fine, but it’s the ramen that will bring me back.“

I only got the spring rolls so I don’t want to say the food was necessarily bad- but the peanut sauce with my spring rolls was really gross tasting. I was surprised they served it. It tasted like it had gone bad or something. The spring rolls themselves were not bad but nothing to write home about. Just ok. I wanted to like this place because it’s so central and the man taking orders was really kind and professional. I’m going to try again and see if the pho is any better.“

“Most other similarly priced options are pretty low quality, so discovering Little Dragon was a pleasant surprise. The sesame tofu is absolutely fantastic!! Note that their sesame batter is not the usual thick breaded stuff that you might expect, but it's absolutely delicious. This might be most flavorful tofu I've ever had and tender soft too. The sesame chicken had the same light batter and was also full of flavor. The crab wangoons were fresh and satisfying. The portions were surprisingly generous and the pricing is very fair, especially for downtown Denver. The spicy sauces are actually SPICY!! Everything was packaged well (with steam holes for the warm dishes to prevent getting mushy) and was delivered warm. On a Friday night, delivery took just under an hour. Nothing was missing or wrong with the order. Overall, an excellent casual Chinese option. Excited to try more of their dishes!!“

They can do most dishes gluten free, including the lo mein (made with rice noodles) AND the dumplings (ask for gluten free sauce)! Staff is very friendly and the food is delicious!“
