“I walked in and immediately I was greaterd by a staff member by the name Melissa. She was very pleasant and helpful. Now if I was manager here in Thornton I would offer her employment at my store but unfortunately I'm in Brighton. Thumbs up to her great customer service she is a needle in a hay stack.“

“Talk about filling a void you never knew existed! Holy Moses! We decided to stop in here since it’s so close to the VRBO, and good lord am I glad we did! My wife ordered the original, MIL and I ordered the Al Pastor, and I have never been so happy and sad at the same time! The sandwich was divine! I can’t stand that it’s gone but so happy I had it. Haha the atmosphere in the place is so down to earth and raw with it’s authenticity its a unique feel in todays gentrified aesthetics. AJ the owner (I believe) was super accommodating and extremely approachable and friendly. Good chance that we will try and make a stop before we go home again!

“Truly an amazing experience ever time I go, you learn new things about things each and every time you show up. Like this time in particular I learned about the secret menu. Make sure to ask about, That alongside the regular menu. It's a great selection of sandwiches you won't find anywhere else. I would definitely recommend coming in rather by yourself or with a group of friends. Very low-key and friendly crowd and the employees are very helpful to help you make your final selection. I will be coming back again sometime in the near future whenever I'm back to visit Denver. I would definitely recommend this location!!! “Cute 420 themed establishment with tasty subs, unique mural on the wall, and friendly staff. Soda machine was down but bar was accommodating. All food was hot and tasty. A bit pricey but what isn't these days? Would consider eating there again.“

“I ordered lunch while I was at work. Upon arrival I was quickly welcomed by staff and asked how they can assist me. When I received my order it was with a friendly smile from the kitchen crew and everything I had ordered was hot and fresh. I enjoyed the experience and the delicious food.“

“What a little gem! I had their sticky pork banh mi and I have to say the flavor bomb exploded in my mouth! The bread was crispy on the outside, soft inside, but the meat is what stole the show. The slices were thick and the sauce delightful. Good portion size. I usually eat half for lunch and take the other half home. It reminds of banh mi I had in Vietnam! 10/10“

“Loved the Chopped Cheese sandwich. Some Chopped Cheese sandwiches around Denver have just chopped meat but here they actually chop up a burger so you get chunks vs a slopy joe type of sandwich. There are much better smashburgers elsewhere though. Very average but go for the Chopped Cheese. Delicious.“

“Amazing food!! Wanted something new for a day out with my dad and he's a big cheesestake guy. I love gyros and it was the perfect mix for the both of us. The food was delicious and served quickly and the server was the sweetest. The place itself is cute and a bit small, only complaint was the floors and tables were a little sticky but I didn't mind. It seems mostly like a place for takeout which I will absolutely be getting again next time I'm around!“

“I had a craving for an Italian Sub looked at Deli Zone’s Hero Sandwich. It had all the right ingredients and was reasonably priced for a large sandwich. It was perfect. Full of meats, cheeses and vegetables with just the right amount of dressing and seasonings! When I got there, the sandwich was waiting for me in the fridge, to keep it fresh. Good experience and a great sandwich!“

This location is pretty small but does have outdoor seating. Food is made fresh. Be prepared to wait 20 to 40 minutes for your food.
There is something very wrong with the lemonade and the iced tea at this location...They are just nasty.“

“The order taker Ryan was amazing! He gave us a 10% discount without even asking if we were senior citizens! That was very thoughtful! The food was extremely delicious. Hot, tasteful, and plenty of toppings! This restaurant is very small so the atmosphere is not so important to me. There were plenty of tables to be sat at and it was very clean. My husband and I both had a pleasant experience and we will be back. I would definitely recommend this restaurant as you won't regret it.“

The Ridgeline was amazing with the perfect amount of sauce complimenting the juicy cold cuts and crisp veggies. “I have been going to Jersey Mike’s for the last three years since I moved to Thornton. There’s a gentleman that owns the place named Henry. What a humanitarian. Great manager runs the restaurant like he’s been in at 50 years and he also cares about his customers. When they are sick and haven’t been in for a while, he tries to get a hold of them and see how they are doing. He’s wonderful and so is the food there. I tried the chicken salad tonight and it was wonderful.. I don’t go to any other jersey Mike’s. This is the cleanest and the best though Henry is a great part of the community.“

“It was our first time eating at Fat Shacks. As soon as we got there, they were very kind and helpful. We had a hard time choosing what to order because everything sounded so good!🤤 My husband and I both ordered the double stack hamburger with the works. One of us ordered fried and the other ordered onion rings. We also ordered some wings, and funnel cake bites.....(don't judge😂). I'm telling you, everything looks so good!
We live in South Denver. We happen to be up that way for an event. We got home and everything was packaged so organized and clean. They are the first restaurant that I have ever seen be so organized and packed up so neatly.💖 Even the ketchup and sauces were stacked very neatly.😊 The small paper bags were folded over perfectly! I'm a perfectionist, and I'm telling you they were very organized! Lol I wish I had taken pictures.😞
Anyway, we ate this last night (8-28-26). I woke up this morning still thinking about Fat Shacks and how awesome they are. Lol
Back to the food...
As I said we had to drive all the way back to South Denver. Most times the food would be a soggy mess, but NOT THEIRS! Lol I can not express how good everything tasted! The burger was 👌 muahh..to PERFECTION! The wings of course were perfect! The onion rings and fries were yummy and I'm picky on French fries. We ended our meal with the funnel cake bites dipped in chocolate. The only tiny little mistake was, we ordered both chocolate and strawberry sauces for funnel cake bites and they forgot the strawberry sauce. Lol but I can't even be mad at that after the experience we had there. 🥰
So yea...I can't express enough how GREAT everything was! The food, the customer service, etc.
They are DEFINITELY worth the drive to go back again!!💖
Oh! One last thing, we usually eat decently healthy, we don't get take-out food very often anymore, because usually take-out will leave you feeling heavy and bloated the next day, and we don't feel that today. I am glad we live far because we'd probably become their #1 customers!😆

“You'll have to write up your own order on numbered paper bags. Seemed a lot of work. Tried to recreate a Greek gyros. Got gyros meat, cukecumber, red onion slivers, tzaziki and happily added hummus. Good but not great. Yummy white buns. Hard to find a reason to tip, as only a cashier reads your bag, and you use that bag for cleaning up your table. So did not tip the sandwich maker.“

“We love this place, the people are friendly and the shop/restaurant is clean. The sandwiches have a lot of meat/fillings and the rolls are soft and tasty. Sandwiches have a good bun to filling ratio, so you aren't paying for too much bread. Of all the subs we have had, my favorite is the meatball sub, but that isn't to say the other subs haven't been just as good, Lots of choices of not just subs, but other options as well at prices that won't break the bank, a good value for your money.“

“I normally LOVE Snarf’s, to the point where I eat there at least once every couple weeks. Tonight I went and picked up my regular order, corned beef and provolone with everything on it except tomato. I got there around 8:30 with half an hour until closing, ordered my sandwich to-go and went home. When I got home I opened my sandwich and it was made horribly with nothing I ordered on it. I’ve never been so disappointed in Snarfs, it’s giving me major Subway vibes. The only thing they put on my sandwich was lettuce, corned beef, and onion. Nothing else. No condiments, no cheese, no peppers, nothing. I was waiting all day to get home from work and grab Snarfs for dinner, now I wish I would have gone to Quiznos or something.
