“I just went to Cold Stone on my way home from work and the customer service was amazing! A man with longer blonde hair, a taller man with curly dark hair, and a shorter woman with dark hair and glasses were working. Not only was I greeted the second I walked in but so were all the customers behind me. The man with curly dark hair took care of me and did an excellent job. About 10 people came in behind me and he never made me feel rushed and still took his time making my order perfect. He was very sweet and not only that but working fast and efficiently. The whole staff was honestly doing as much as they could to be fast but also kind and patient with every customer. I haven’t been to Cold Stone in years and this will definitely make me come back. Be very proud of the staff you have because they’re doing a really incredible job.
To the staff: Thank you so much and keep doing what you’re doing. Working in customer service is so hard and the fact that you were all even smiling when I walked in was amazing. It can be such a difficult job so just know that you're appreciated and that it’s seen how much effort you put into making others happy. I went home and had an amazing rest of my night because of this experience. :)“

“Cute gal taking our older gave GREAT recommendations. Had the Jalepeno Cream Cheese Burger and Guacamole Bacon Burger. Great Flavors. The Jalelpeno just perfect spice not so much that it makes so you can't taste anything else. Loved the wild fries with their wild sauce. Definitely GoodTimes at the GoodTimes“
