“Our new favorite diner! We drove up from Castle Rock to go to the pumpkin patch on Sunday and stopped on at Gabe's before going. So glad we did! Food was great (tamale breakfast) the young servers were so quick, pleasant and smiley. Such a cute place with reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back next time we head up north of Denver. Love their chorizo breakfast burrito, their bacon cheeseburger, buffalo chicken sandwich, and their sides are just great. “We went to acreage on a whim this Sunday to find some good cider. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in at how open and welcoming it was. There was plenty of room the staff was friendly despite being busy with a 2 hour wait. We were able to find a seat at the bar avoid any wait and try a couple flights and have some food and then we spent some time taking in the sunset and relaxing with a delicious cider and Old Fashioned (highly recommend thank you to the bartender with the moon tats on his arm!) on the hammock. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves but how could you not with those incredible mountain view.“
