“This place is AHMAZING!! Their rolled ice cream is delicious and they can accommodate dairy-free (which is just as delicious). They can also have vegan, dye free, and gluten free options so there's something for everyone. Their drinks are great too and the atmosphere is very lovely. “My two children and I stopped into TCBY in Fort Collins after school for a treat, and I just have to share what a wonderful experience we had! Two young men were working, and they immediately greeted us when we walked in. The cashier was so kind—asking about our day and if we had any fun plans for the week. While we were enjoying our yogurt, the skies opened up and it started absolutely pouring. Another mom and her daughter were there too, and one of the young men grabbed an umbrella, walked them out to their car, and then offered us the umbrella so we could get to ours. I pulled up to the door to return it, and he actually ran out in the rain to my car window to take it back! Whoever manages this location should know they have two exceptional employees on their team. Moments of genuine kindness like this are rare these days, and it truly deserves recognition. We will definitely be back!“

“I tried the mangonada it’s my second time. The first time I tried it, it was really good 💯.The only thing I disliked is that the mango ice cream is not as it used to before, they must have changed their recipe, now the ice cream for the mangonada is like a yogurt type with small chunks of mango.
Overall, they have really good snacks!! The service is great, employees are always nice!“

“We have always had amazing service here. It’s one of the rare places that the young workers seem happy to be there. And everyone is always working hard. They always have greeted us, worked quickly, even in very long lines. We appreciate the employees here at this Cold Stone location very much. We ordered online this past Friday and when we got there our order was ready for us. Very prompt - even with a long line. We have always been impressed with this location, but that was above and beyond and prompted this review. We’re exited for the Windsor location! Thanks as always for great service.“
