We just had a great time at our favorite restaurant. We sat outside and the rain made my birthday Magical! I’m 74 and it would have been nice to have a cushion on my hard metal seat. None the less, we had a great time. Thanks
Jay's Bistro was a staple in Fort Collins fine dining and cocktails! I am sad to to such a wonderful establishment leave our community. I am hopeful another jazz efficianoado picks up where Jay's left off!

Despite the need to shout over the music, the food, beverages, and service never disappointed. Customers recommended dishes like the duck wing appetizers and Brussels Sprouts starter. Unfortunately, the bistro is closing down, leaving a void in the community for jazz enthusiasts and food lovers.
