Jing Dumpling Dimsum House Reviews
Fort Collins finally has a legit dumpling spot.
Jing Dumpling Dimsum House is still pretty new, but you wouldn't know it from the food. The soup dumplings are the star — tender wrappers, plenty of broth inside, and really flavorful filling. The pork bao are also dangerously good, and the crab Rangoon might be some of the best I've had.

Everything tasted great! We loved everything we tried. Can’t wait to go back!
Excellent dumplings, we will be back to try more! We tried the Pork Xiao Long Bao, Shiu Mai, Lava Bao, Bok Choy, sesame balls with red bean, Pineapple Cakes, and Bunny Coconut Puddings. Everything was served fresh and tasted excellent. Black vinegar and chili oil is provided at the table as well as soy sauce to enjoy your soup dumplings in style. The soup spoons are a generous size to accommodate the size of the soup dumplings as well.

Jing Dumpling Dimsum House in Fort Collins is a welcome addition for those craving authentic Chinese dumplings and dim sum. Despite being a new establishment, the restaurant already offers impressive food quality. The star of the menu is the soup dumplings, with the pork xiao long bao and black truffle pork xiao long bao being standout favorites. These dumplings feature thin wrappers, hot flavorful broth, and juicy fillings, with the truffle version adding a special touch. Other highly recommended dishes include the pork bao, lava bao, fried green beans, fried rice, crispy pork, fried tofu, Sichuan spicy cold chicken, steamed chicken corn dumplings, and Chinese chives pancakes. The crab Rangoon and rainbow dumplings are also praised for their flavor and freshness. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. Simple vegetable dishes are crisp and tasty, not drowned in sauce, and the crab Rangoon might be some of the best around. The restaurant’s clean, modern, and comfortable atmosphere complements the friendly and attentive service, which has been noted as warm and welcoming. Diners also enjoy the variety of condiments like black vinegar, chili oil, and soy sauce, along with large soup spoons for dumplings. For dessert, the Portuguese egg custard tarts and sesame balls with red bean are delightful. Overall, Jing Dumpling Dimsum House offers authentic, delicious, and well-made dishes, making it a favorite spot for Chinese food in Fort Collins.
