“We love El Korita! They are the best Mexican food truck in town hands down. It always hits the spot especially coming from California and being very picky when it comes to Mexican food. My husband always asks for his tripa extra crispy and they never fail at making it crispy and still keeping it savory. “You are missing out if you don’t visit the el Paisa taco truck. No comparison. Hands down the BEST Mexican food! Real food! Real flavor! Real Good! Every Friday night I go to the south east corner of circle and airport cuz that’s where el PAISA is! Can’t get enough! Their barbacoa is always awesome. Been coming for a long time and every time it’s the best! Consistently Fantastic. And they are fast too! Makes my mouth water just writing this review! Seriously my favorite place to get food!!“
“Finally got a chance to try out this joint, and are so glad we did! Shannon welcomed us with her outstanding personality and explained our options. She even told is about the "secret" menu. Obviously not a very well kept secret that requires no special handshake or code words! I had the Queso burger, the wife had the Trash nachos l. Both were scrumptious! “This is my preferred Fuzzy’s location in Colorado Springs. I think all of them are delicious, but this particular Fuzzys is in a good location with easy parking, which cannot be said for the others. For some reason, Google Maps will try to take you behind the building instead of through the shopping center the normal way. Fuzzys is not in the alley, just go into the shopping center. “I love them so much I had to write another review . They give good size portions and food is the best Mexican food I think you can get in this area. The staff is polite and quick. The restaurant ambience could definitely use some work but I get everything to go so that's not a big concern for me, They keep the place pretty clean which is important to me. If you want good authentic Mexican food go here.“
