“Don't miss this German deli! The food is delicious. The best Reuben sandwich. Really. The meat, the kraut, the cheese, and the rye bread were all top notch. And the spatzle... amazing! Tender, toothsome, and delicious. The red cabbage was a little sweet with an interesting spice that was different in a good way. Portions are generous. People were friendly and efficient. “This Korean restaurant is seriously a hidden gem. The food is so good we’re already planning what to reorder next time. We got the LA galbi ribs, bulgogi chapchae, and tteokbokki noodles, and every single dish came out perfect.
The LA galbi ribs were the star. Super tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. That sweet and savory marinade was cooked into the meat just right, with a slight char that made them even better. You can tell they know exactly what they’re doing with those ribs.
The bulgogi chapchae was just as impressive. The glass noodles were cooked perfectly, not mushy, not dry, just right. The beef was flavorful and balanced so well with the vegetables. Every bite had that rich, slightly sweet Korean flavor that makes you want to keep going back for more.
And the tteokbokki noodles were incredible. The sauce had the perfect kick, spicy but not overwhelming, with so much depth in flavor. The rice cakes were soft and chewy in the best way.
Everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can taste the quality in every dish. If you’re craving authentic Korean food that actually delivers on taste, this place does not disappoint. Definitely one of those spots you leave already thinking about your next visit.“

“We’ve come here a couple of times and they are super friendly. Very knowledgeable about their menu. The chefs behind the bar are amazing. We go here as a date night or a lunch and love it. We definitely try to come twice a month and have been doing so since we moved here in a year ago. The staff is great and they have a large selection of Sushi. They’re very clean. You can see everything that they’re doing very transparent. I have an allergy and I love that they clean the tables before they started making my sushi. Definitely recommend getting four or more rolls because they give you a sushi boat!!“

My brisket sandwich was small, but it made a good first impression on taste. However, too many bites had big chunks of fat. The green beans were really good. My wife's loaded waffle fries, with chipotle seasoning, were quite good except for the cheese, which had a slightly grainy texture and sub-par flavor.

If we lived in the area, we'd visit from time to time, but for us this was just one of 400 Colorado breweries we're trying.“
