“First time visiting and it did not disappoint! I came here for dinner yesterday and everything was fantastic. I ordered two sushi rolls, the Marilyn Monroe and the Crunchy Roll, and both were super fresh and delicious. The total came to about $27, which is pretty reasonable since most rolls range from $8 to $15. The service was great, and the staff was really friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“We’ve been going to Rudy’s since they were on South Nevada. They are the best I love their breakfast green chili and cheese enchiladas the way that’s awesome and Rudy is so gracious. He always comes and greets people bring back bread pudding though when we go, it’s not there on Sundays.“

“It was so cozy having a boiling Sundubu Jigae Tofu Soup or Kimchi guk soup on a cold dark night. Also ordered a steaming crackling bowl of bibimbap. The soup was a bit too salty to my liking but otherwise it was tasty. The lady running the place was super nice; it's like having your eomeoni serving you back home after a long day. The outdoor mall looks dark at night but inside was cozy.“

My brisket sandwich was small, but it made a good first impression on taste. However, too many bites had big chunks of fat. The green beans were really good. My wife's loaded waffle fries, with chipotle seasoning, were quite good except for the cheese, which had a slightly grainy texture and sub-par flavor.

If we lived in the area, we'd visit from time to time, but for us this was just one of 400 Colorado breweries we're trying.“

“Parking was tight at the time of our visit, but we were able to park across the street easily. When we walked inside we were seated promptly and drink orders were taken. Our food didn’t take too much time, maybe 25 minutes or so.

Our server was Alejandro who seemed like he may have been new or just overwhelmed. He was attentive with drink refills after he came back from his break or something (he disappeared for a chunk of time and no one else filled in his absence) albeit he was given a lot of tables to wait. He didn’t ask about bottomless fry or veggies refills though, which the servers usually do. Not a big deal.

Our food was delicious and cooked fresh. We received our dips we requested and thoroughly enjoyed family time.“
