My brisket sandwich was small, but it made a good first impression on taste. However, too many bites had big chunks of fat. The green beans were really good. My wife's loaded waffle fries, with chipotle seasoning, were quite good except for the cheese, which had a slightly grainy texture and sub-par flavor.

If we lived in the area, we'd visit from time to time, but for us this was just one of 400 Colorado breweries we're trying.“

“My favorite Mexican restaurant in town. I usually get the carnitas plate, which is some of the best carnitas I can find around here. Service is usually fast and decent amount of seating. They also have a good salsa bar with about 5 types of salsa and extras. I come out of there fat and happy every time.“
