“We have found a distinct lack of good vegan food whenever we visit Vail. So we were super happy to find this place on the way back to Denver. I hesitate to order vegan cheese normally because I don’t like the consistency, but several people mentioned it very favorably on Google. I had a Mediterranean pizza on gluten-free crust with vegan cheese, and it was delicious. It was a very loud and rambunctious trivia night when we were there, so we enjoyed the beautiful outside tables underneath the Aspen trees. Totally worth a visit.
