“Our favorite restaurant in CT just opened in CO, and it was an amazing experience. Our server Day introduced us to owner and chef, Bill, who has crafted an incredibly innovative menu. Lupita was also extremely welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.“

“Great ramen. It’s overpriced, but what isn’t these days? I just fundamentally don’t think they should charge extra for their spice bomb. Any pho place provides chili oil at no charge. The place is great, but wow it gets expensive for the moderate amount of food you’re getting.“

“My wife and I had planned to visit for a long time, but always found ourselves otherwise busy. Ordered takeout via DoorDash on 1/4/2024, when we arrived at the restaurant for pickup, we discovered that the staff had tried to contact us to let us know that parts of our order were unfillable due to running out of a couple items. They allowed us to substitute for a second Panang Curry, and some Crab Rangoon. Our incredible experience inside the restaurant while we waited can not be overstated!

The restaurant was incredibly comfortable yet well lit, the staff were unbelievably friendly, and the nice hot cups of tea were the pinnacle of comfort on a 22-degree night! As for the food itself, I am absolutely in love with the complex yet perfectly blended flavors of the Panang as well as the fresh crunch of the Crab Rangoon.

10/10 will absolutely be back again and again!

“You will not be disappointed here! Everything was delicious! We ordered the chicken street rice, pork street soup, green curry and Kho Soi with fried chicken(my favorite). Food was authentic and the flavors were perfect. Had the mango mojito to drink and mango sticky rice for desert. The family loved everything!“

“The Pho here is one of the best around. That broth is perfect and I didn’t have to spice it up much at all like some other restaurants though I do like spice so added some Sriracha and jalapeños after the first few tastings. The medium bowl is a large at most places though I’d like to try the large next time as it was so good. The Pork Banh Mi is fantastic and I’ll definitely order it again next visit too!“

“Whoever in the kitchen cookin up at 7 :30ish on November 7th,2023 needs a raise rn. I took a bite of my stuffed tortellini with chicken and the second it hit my lips all of the struggles and back pains were lifted out of me. Then I tried the chicken and was welcomed by a crunchy and flavorful crust. The chicken was perfectly cooked. A nice moist texture with a sensational but subtle blend of herbs and spices. I would personally higher this man to cook for me and give him 90% of my paychecks.“

“The boneless fried chicken is amazing you can get either breast or thighs on the coating Or breading whatever you call it that in itself makes this fried chicken better than almost anyone else’s that’s boneless stays on has a serious crunch I think you just have to try it to understand how good it is.“

Fri-sat is even better with the rotating special menu... bun bo hue, bun cha ha noi, banh cuon and banh canh to name a few. This a such a good family restaurant to support.“

“As a Thai, I would say this is truly authentic. The taste is so flavorful, not too juicy or dry. And the noodles were thoroughly cooked. I've had Pad Thai from several restaurants, and some of them are undercooked. I'd recommend the shrimp Pad Thai, which is a popular Thai dish that I enjoy! In addition, I like to add additional peanuts and squeeze lime on top. So, 10/10. Ubon Thai serves the greatest pad Thai in town!! 🤌🏻❤️🇹🇭🎉“

“Pretty dark inside with dim light date night vibe local mom and pop traditional Thai restaurant. Thai spring roll (steamed roll with tofu, bean sprouts, green onion) and curry puff is a must have appetizer. We got pla lad price, pad Thai wonsen and also papaya salad with sticky rice. “My colleague and I had a great happy hour experience here while in town for a conference. The French Onion Soup Dumplings, The Pot Stickers, Pork Belly Bao Buns and cocktails were fantastic, the Edamame Dumplings and General Cho’s Soup Dumplings were good as well. We didn’t care for the Wagyu Beef Skewers but that’s just a personal preference. All in all a terrific late lunch, and we will absolutely be back! The staff was terrific and welcoming.“
