“If you want authentic nepalese momos in Denver - look no further. Grabbed my momos and chai togo and these were fantastic. Ordered the chicken momos and veggie momos and both were fantastic flavorful and tasted delish with the nepalese chutney. The masala chai was fabulous as well. This place is inside Mango House. Everytime I am in Denver I will stop by. Highly recommend.“

In addition to the crappy parking (give yourself at least 10 minutes to drive around), the only downfall, is it's really really, really really loud.“

“Dined at Uncle during Thursday night. Parking would be difficult to find in the area so plan accordingly. We got seated in the bar area and our orders were taken quickly. We ordered duck ramen and bibimbap. Our duck ramen was very tasty with creamy broth and duck meat. However we were hoping the the bibimbap to be hot but it was served to us cold which we were not expecting. Overall definitely recommend Uncle for Ramen.“

“We asked for vegetarian options. We got tea leaf salad which was phenomenal! We requested one of the dishes to be completely spice free for the kids, but they accidentally made it spicy. The chef happily offered to make a new one for us and asked us to enjoy the first plate anyway. The food portions are very generous. Since we were from out of town, we were not able to pack any home although we wish we could. As we were leaving, they offered our kiddos a cup of dessert. Some ice cream! This street took us by surprise. And it was super yummy all in all we got great hospitality and amazing food.“

“Stopped in for a small snack with my husband to tide us over to dinner while we were in Denver. We had the "water fried" vegan bao, which is a bit more like a dumpling than what I usually think of as bao, but it was tasty and really hit the spot. The location is small, but tidy, and since we were there in the afternoon but before the dinner rush, it was relatively quiet. There was outdoor seating that would presumably be nice in warmer weather, but we stayed indoors because it was cold. Their restroom floor is slightly scary in that it looks a bit unstable and cracked, and it definitely showing some wear and tear, but was otherwise fine. Service was friendly and the food came out pretty quick. If I had more time, I would have liked to stop by at some point to try their vegan Dan Dan Noodles, but we didn't end up having a ton of wiggle room on our trip--maybe next time!“

“Fresh noodles, delicious soup stock, excellent stir fry. Friendly service. So sad that the are on the otherside of the metro area than I live. I would eat these noodles frequently if they weren't so far from me. Take advantage of this noodle shop if you live or work anywhere near it. Probably the best authentic noodle house in the metro area. Very much like street food I had in Hong Kong. Except it is up to American health standards. Go get some noodles.“

My #1 pho spot in Denver and I’m from New Orleans area with great Vietnamese food and fresh seafood. This place could easily be one of the best restaurants I’ve been to for a bowl of pho and a cold beer.“

“I took my girlfriend here for a celebration dinner and it was such a great experience.

The green beans were perfectly done. Our server recommended the shrimp and it was one of the best dishes we had. It was seasoned so well. The wings were also delicious. We wish we could have brought the sauce home. The fish was also amazing. While the salad was good, the other dishes just were so amazing we almost forgot about it.

“Excellent Pad Thai. Very well balanced spice without overpowering amounts of Tamarind. Fresh bean sprouts. Food made by a craftsman! If you want to muscle it up with chili spice the blend they prepared lit the fire. The mango sticky rice for dessert really is memorable.“

Steak tenderloin and peppers was very good. Outdoor seating area is nice when it is warm. The winter pirk wonton soup is great. I have also never been disappointed with the seasonal vegetables (green beans, broccoli, bok choy). They serve soup dumplings ever so often and totally worth trying if they are available. They have an upstairs that you can reserve for parties as well. I have never been disappointed by anything I get here.“

“Great authentic pho and great customer service. I live in parker and there are no good authentic pho restaurants in parker. I always make the 40min drive because it's that good. Fri-sat is even better with the rotating special menu... bun bo hue, bun cha ha noi, banh cuon and banh canh to name a few. This a such a good family restaurant to support.“

“Got this order delivered. The Tom Kha soup was good but the portion was not very Large even after paying an extra $7 for the Pot size. They did not charge for a side of steamed rice to go with it which was nice. The yellow curry was great tons of chicken and a wonderful flavor. The crispy egg rolls were my favorite cooked crispy and not too greasy. I was disappointed with the Mango sticky rice because it didn't have much flavor even in the mango and the portion was very small. Overall the food was okay but good for the price.“
