Saturday, March 25th, 2023 We did the Lariat Loop Scenic Byway Scenic Overlook drive and one stop was the Buffalo Bill Cafe and overlook areas. It was a stunningly beautiful cool day but the wind made it that much colder, aside from that we were able to still enjoy all areas especially the cafe where I purchased post cards and wrote them out to family while enjoying two cups of hot chocolate. The museum is amazing, the grave of Buffalo Bill is solemn, but the gift shop/cafe is great on its own right.Well-stocked with books, jewelry, trinkets, maps, decor, clothes, and more, it's worth to at least peruse if you're visiting. And the cafe is a welcomed stop, especially if they're serving hot cocoa!The buffalo burger was really good, and much bigger than it seems.
