After your telling the attendees if your issue, I was the first to stand up and make a comment. I told you as a College Professor, teaching Political Science, that I had used your situation and issue as a case study in my class when teaching them about SCOTUS. I spoke to you briefly when you finished and we took a picture with me. “I love this Cold Stone Creamery. The help.is always super friendly, the location is very clean and I just love to get my favorite cake batter shake each time I visit. Make sure you get it with the yellow cake pieces blended in, so good like that. Thank you Cold Stone Creamery.“

“5-stars for Kelli! We come to this location about once a month and never have any issues. We had an order this past weekend that missed an item that we had requested for substitution... Not a huge deal and I am not the person to complain for something so small.... Kelli took the time to personally email us about our experience, and when I mentioned the tiny error with our order, she went above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Will surely come back to this location for that alone. (For reference we live between here and belmar locations, so this definitely makes a difference for which direction we choose in the future)“

Most of the employees seem to be teenagers, and they are consistently kind, hardworking, and friendly every time we visit. It’s refreshing to see such great customer service and positive attitudes. We always leave appreciating how welcoming they are. Cold Stone is a favorite treat for everyone in our family, and this location keeps us coming back!“

“The ice cream flavors were great as usual. Although something weird did happen. When my wife gave me what I ordered, she thought that the person who took her order misunderstood and gave her a bigger size in one of the cups. But we realized that it was the small cup inside the next size, so we were charged more than what we actually received. I went back inside to complain and the guy (not the same from before) refunded me more than $10; he gave me more than what we paid extra, which also felt weird.“
