After your telling the attendees if your issue, I was the first to stand up and make a comment. I told you as a College Professor, teaching Political Science, that I had used your situation and issue as a case study in my class when teaching them about SCOTUS. I spoke to you briefly when you finished and we took a picture with me. Most of the employees seem to be teenagers, and they are consistently kind, hardworking, and friendly every time we visit. It’s refreshing to see such great customer service and positive attitudes. We always leave appreciating how welcoming they are. Cold Stone is a favorite treat for everyone in our family, and this location keeps us coming back!“

“5-stars for Kelli! We come to this location about once a month and never have any issues. We had an order this past weekend that missed an item that we had requested for substitution... Not a huge deal and I am not the person to complain for something so small.... Kelli took the time to personally email us about our experience, and when I mentioned the tiny error with our order, she went above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Will surely come back to this location for that alone. (For reference we live between here and belmar locations, so this definitely makes a difference for which direction we choose in the future)“

It's a nice date-night treat for my husband and I once the kids go to bed every few months and I love that they're so close that we can indulge a few times a year.
