“Rob” the so called manager can’t do his job and he’s extremely unpleasant as well. He seems to make the fact that he works at McDonald’s your problem. On top of that, the food never came out and the rest of the staff is obviously trained by rob as none of them are able to do their jobs either. Had to refund food and leave after waiting for 15 minutes because Rob didn’t know how to put the order in.
I walked in to hear one employee tell another that a customer was asking about part of his order to hear the employee state “he should have ordered it correctly that’s not my problem he didn’t” we ordered and went to sit down. We waited 15 minutes for our order, my dad went to see where it was and they brought out most of it, missing three hashbrowns and two pies explaining that it would be a few more minutes for the pie. Fruita location is perfect and the staff are super good at their jobs and fun and friendly.Parking: Not really room for RVS or similar sized vehicles, but you can find appreciate parking for them VERY close by.?✨Kid-friendliness: Play place is great, and clean!??
