I’ve been into this location 4 times now and this was probably my last. Every single time I’ve come in, it’s been post lunch rush. No wait, no line, and no other customers in the store. Somehow, every single time, I end up standing there awkwardly, ignored for 5 or 6 minutes while employees yell and laugh and joke around. Timing is everything, I guess. I arrived at 5:30 pm to pick up some dinner. There were 3 employees cooking, 1 employee putting together delivery orders and 1 employee doing everything else. Within a few minutes of me arriving, a long line was building up behind me because this lone employee was running the whole counter AND acting as cashier. Not her fault, obviously, but it points to some very poor management. I probably won't go to this location again.
I came here with my three kids and they were delighted. They each caught the kids quesadilla up and the staff was so friendly. whatever I ordered, they complimented my clothing, accessories, and that compliment just made my day. Overall, amazing experience at this Chipotle.
