I just moved to Highlands Ranch from Colorado Springs, and I find myself missing my favorite wine bar there (uva off Interquest), so I thought I'd give this place a try after work.I enjoyed quite positive first impressions while walking in, and exchanged pleasantries with another couple who were entering the bistro at the same time. We were searching for a nice restaurant close to the movie theater where we could get a healthy bite and a glass of wine. Indulge was perfect. It has a warm ambiance, decent wine selection and a nice variety of food. I had a steak salad. My husband had a perfectly cooked, juicy burger. Both were excellent.
Food was delicious! I got the Napa Valley burger and it was the best I’ve had in a long time. I will admit that if you go here you should expect a more classic dining experience as they clearly make everything fresh and you will need to wait a little longer for it.
