“Amazing service. My family had more people show up for a Celebration of Life for a family member. The staff here went above and beyond helping in a flash to provide more sandwiches for everyone. Great service should always be recognized. This happened in early August. I hope this reaches their employer and they are recognized for their amazing compassion and help.“

“I ordered delivery since my hubby had the car for the day. The manager Everitt called to let me know they didn’t have a driver in house and they would be going through Uber Eats for delivery which is fine. Hubby got off work and there were just a few minutes left for the latest delivery time through uber eats so we decided to just cancel the order and he’d pick up something on his way home. Everitt was so sweet and professional and immediately apologized profusely for the wait and cancelled the order. I love Jimmy John’s in general and the customer service was excellent tonight even if I had to miss out on a yummy sub!“
