“I am not sure why the reviews for this location are so negative. Every time I have come here, the service has been great and the food was always prepared quickly and the fries are always super fresh and crispy. My favorite is to get the double western bacon cheeseburger with a medium fries. Eat some of the fries on the drive back home for maximum crispy fries. The people at the drive through are always patient and friendly too.“

“Great no frills old school burger joint. I absolutely loved it. The royale burger with pastrami and thousand island might seem like a gimmick but I went with it and it was legitimately good. I highly recommend it.

This isn't a classy place. Gordon Ramsey is not back there making your burger. If you cannot enjoy a simple, no frills burger joint like this, you and I probably can't be friends.“

I got a house coffee and she made it exactly the way I like it, we also got the strawberry cheesecake with boba and camo Thai with boba and both were really good!!!! “Wish I could give this place 10 stars. I got into an accident right in front of here on a cold January night and ended up having to wait 3 hours for the police to show up, and then another hour on top of that for the tow truck. The staff was AMAZING and let me sit here for a total of 4 hours until I was finally able to leave when the tow truck came. Since my car was totaled, there was no way for me to sit in it and wait for hours, so I don’t know what I would’ve done if they hadn’t been so gracious and sheltered me from the cold. The staff was extremely nice to me and really calmed me down after the whole experience. I was a complete crying wreck and the guys there went out of their way to make me feel better. They even offered me a free drinks while I was there! I can’t thank them enough! It really restores your faith in humanity. I hope to get back there someday soon to leave whoever’s working a big tip, to try and pay back some part of the overwhelming kindness I received that night!“

“Nice job, Cane’s! The chicken was nice and crispy, the fries were pretty good, though I think they needed a bit more salt, and it was overall a pretty fast and pleasant experience! Our cashier, Kai, was super nice! Great on a cold day. We took it to-go, and nothing spilled, and it was still warm! Would come again.“

“The menu on the drive through is 1$ cheaper than the real price that you are charged for your meal (pre-tax). Que the surprise! I always make time every now and then to visit canes because I do love it, however I was disappointed with small pieces of chicken and still being hungry after a 4 piece meal when that normally fills me up. Canes is slipping away from THE chicken place and becoming A chicken place.“

“While the food and employees were great, the heat on a 95 degree day was unbearable. I don't know how those employees kept a good attitude with the heat inside. And when it's cold outside it's just as cold inside. HQ needs to put in a heater and a/c to make the employees and patrons more comfortable.“

“I ordered catering from El Pollo Loco yesterday for a group event of 30 people, and I was genuinely impressed.
Our order was ready right on time, everything was hot, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every single person on our team was happy, which is not easy to do with a group that size.
The manager went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated that they even asked how I preferred the catering to be packaged. I had ordered box lunches, but they offered alternative options like trays to make sure it was most convenient for our event. That level of attentiveness and flexibility really stood out.
Great food, great service, and a smooth experience from start to finish. We will definitely be ordering catering from them again.“

“I ordered at the drive thru today Sunday, 11/09/25 @ 12:30pm.
Those details matter because i think the owner should be aware of who was working and how well they work together as a team.
They were friendly, efficient, and my food was hot, fresh and good..... and made how it should be. Didn't have to go inside cuz they totally skimped on something or just forgot something completely.
Been a long time since i could say all of this about a visit here. So glad i decided to give it another try.

BUT.... if you try to order an extra patty on a burger, apparently you're speaking in foreign tongues, ordered a guacamole bacon burger with an extra patty tonight and didn't get it. This is the 3rd time they've "forgotten" to correctly give me what I paid for (and there prices have gone up lately, not a lot, but more than it was a couple months ago). “Always Great, but how can you mess up if you only serve one item??? It's a staple for me, chicken fingers and sweet tea. A little taste of home. The food was good. The food was hot 🔥. The food came out very quickly, no waiting. The restaurant was extremely clean as to be expected.
I will not hesitate to return over and over with quality such as this. You can even pay more because of what you're getting.
