“We have been coming here for almost 5 years and we can’t rave more about the food and service! The staff is always attentive, kind and friendly. We had an uncomfortable situation recently. we have two kids under 4. We recently were there when a guy was very vocal about being frustrated that a family was at a bar. Tara immediately jumped in to educate him that yes it’s a bar but also a family restaurant. They are always accommodating and make us feel comfortable. This place has amazing service, food, staff and is a staple in our neighborhood.“

“The only criticism I have is quit calling your appetizer jalapeno queso and guacamole! It is not queso! It is spicy or jalapeno pimento cheese. It is very good but most people will expect it to be served hot!“

I think there maybe a few items they bring in frozen, but I know most everything on the menu is prepared fresh. And you can tell but the excellent flavors. They get some of the best bands here and the food is amazing for a bar. Drinks are reasonably priced and usually plenty of seating if you get there before the band starts. “we were in the area for a mini vacation (my sister and i). initially we were walking to the brunch nearby but as we were passing by, we changed our minds and went in. after seeing the cowboys game on, we sat down near the TV it was on. I asked if it was possible to change the TV behind my sister as well since we will be sitting across from one another. it was playing the Olympics races and nobody was watching (1 booth other than us and 4 people bar top). after it was changed, we ordered our food and drinks. a kitchen staff joked about the cowboys with friendly bantar before returning to the kitchen. shortly after, the general manager (I was unaware at the time) came from the kitchen and changed it again. I said excuse me several times to him and got 0 acknowledgement. the bartender shrugged his shoulders and looked away from me. I spoke to Anthony as there wasn't much time left on the game. Anthony attempted to talk to him and he said there were people watching the game. the game which was not put on until AFTER we requested the change. while I'm not one to sweat small stuff, I work in customer service and with 6 mins left on a preseason game, what's the harm? at least acknowledge me when I speak to you. let's come to an agreement. instead, I turned my chair around and waited to eat the appetizers sitting behind me on the table until the game was over (a whopping 4 mins) I don't get time to catch many games, was on vacation and wasn't being rude about it. i love sports and trust, I would've been stoked to catch the baseball game he changed it to AFTER the football game. and I would've been the only customer paying attention then too. so finally I was loud and thanked Anthony for his friendly demeanor and caring about his customers. I said it very loudly since I could not get acknowledgement when speaking politely and directly to him. what do ya know? now we hear me in the kitchen and have plenty to say. with music playing and food being prepared no less! I enjoyed the food. probably the best wings I've had in ages! the beer cheese soup was delicious. I enjoyed our waiter's customer care. without him, we would've walked out. food is top notch. caring about customers, not entirely priority. we don't visit often so it isn't a huge loss that we won't be returning because of one person. Definitely ask for Anthony if you do go!“

“Great old neighborhood bar! Not even a hint of chain restaurants! Near Ft Logan, so it became a gathering spot for family ahead of a weekday service there.

The simple menu is well executed, and I had the Colorado Sunrise burger cooked to a perfect medium rare. Very tasty!! The whole crew of 13 enjoyed their food, and the staff gave us great service right through our surprise early rush.“

“Everything. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and lovely. Every staff member I met was kind and gracious and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. The hotel itself is ideally located and the lobby is cozy and feels classy and warm. There is a downstairs lounge area that was frequently empty where friends could gather, read, work, or play pool. The restaurant Harry’s has the most amazing food - I highly recommend the 1910 grilled cheese and tomato soup, with the black truffle fries on the side. Wow. I will never be the same. The hotel is dog friendly, which I love, and people friendly. We had coffee in the lobby in the morning, snacks in the afternoon, and cookies and milk in the evenings. My room was cleaned every day. This was the BEST experience I have had since before Covid and I will always choose this hotel when I am in Denver from now on.“

“Norma Jean was awesome, not only was she the bartender but she was the only employee working besides the cook, who also did an awesome job. Norma had a full bar of people and serviced everyone with a smile. She did an outstanding job running the whole bar! In fact because some customers saw that she working alone, got up and left. “The dining experience here is next to none. It gives you a fine dining menu in a gorgeous venue. We had a reservation on a show day for brunch so we were sat immediately on the patio, though it appeared walk-ins had the same quick seating experience. There were two main vegetarian/vegan options on the summer menu including Pomme Frites for an appetizer and Pan Seared Gnocchi for an entree which we ordered. Both were amazing, but the gnocchi stood out especially. It was the best dish I think I have ever had, and was delivered with extremely quick service and at an extremely reasonable price. We also ordered the Smores Bred Pudding which was an incredible dessert. I would wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the Denver area.“

“My friend and I came on a lovely fall day and sat on the patio with our pup. The bartender was very friendly and attentive always making sure to check up on us. The chef went out of his way to bring us some sort of delicious spicy sauce for us to try with our sandwiches and came back out to give the pup some bacon! Really amazing food and service!“

My wife and her friends/coworkers went in for trivia night(?), and she came back home with some strange European man with long hair. She said that they were just friends and hanging out for another drink. Maybe it's none of my business, but why would you let an unattended lady with a wedding ring on her finger go away from her friend group and leave with some stranger? He told us, in no uncertain terms, that he really appreciated the fact we showed no anti-Asian hatred. I can’t even imagine as such. “Came here to do maintenance on their beer lines and ended up ordering their Rockies wrap which was awesome. The bartender (didn't catch her name but she had some tattoos) was also super sweet and helped me out! I'll definitely be ordering food there every time I go in to do maintenance!“
