“Lu House is fantastic. The food is delicious and fresh. The people are just so nice. They treat you like family, go out of their way to get to know you! I have dined at the restaurant and had delivery. I have no idea how the food they deliver arrives so hot, just like eating on site. They are willing to adjust and make substitutions to accommodate special diets and personal taste. This is my go to place. No one else is even half as good!
Vegetarian options: There are plenty and they will make any dish vegetarian upon request
Dietary restrictions: They will make all kinds of adjustments to acvomodate any need
Parking: Always plenty of space to park right outside the restaurant“

“CARRY OUT ONLY. I looked at the reviews and I did not see anyone mention this. Other than that, when I arrived, the lady was very friendly. I ordered and they were pretty fast. I ordered the Sesame Chicken with two egg rolls. The Sesame Chicken was really good and the best I have had. It was light for being deep fried and the sauce was delicious. The egg roles were a little odd as they have big chucks of carrots that are very crunchy. I was impressed with their large portions as well. I would like to try some other dishes. It was impressively busy and seems to be a local favorite.“

“Food here has gotten really good, especially for the value. Love the fried wontons while waiting, I wish more chinese restaurants did this. Egg drop soup is delicious with corn in it, and I'm a fan of their Chicken and Broccoli. Great crab/cheese wontons as well. Go during lunch, their lunch menu is tremendous value!“

“This place has the best food!!
We have tried 5 Chinese places since moving here- this has the best tasting food, and way better prices.
Totally recommend the Kung Pau Chicken
This is everything I got for $25 dollars.
The scoops are no longer $1.35, but the amount of food you get for $2.50 a scoop is great!
Bathrooms are gross- so we do take out.“

“Are you kidding me?
I just discovered some bomb a55 Chinese food and a new regular spot!
I had the jalapeno chicken and the pepper beef with a side of lo mein and the cream cheese wantons.
I can taste that little bit of char that adds SO much flavor, especially to the jalapenos.
And the price was so right.
There WAS a line when I showed up but it should've been twice as long.
100% I'll eat here again, and you should too.
P.S.
I've never been this effusive in my praise for a restaurant before.
Just saying.“

“Tried this joint after receiving a mailer of a menu. We’ve been looking for a good Chinese takeout spot that delivers and I think we’ve found it. Their sesame chicken was the best that I’ve had here - lots of sauce and very flavorful. Their crab rangoon were great too. I judge all Chinese places by their pork fried rice and this one was good, but not my favorite, that I’ve had here in Lakewood. Their service was quick and easy and with two small kids at home, the delivery is truly a godsend. We’ll be repeat customers.“

“I think that every place should be reviewed, from the worst to the best to the just okay.
TLDR: This place is... pretty good!
I really enjoyed the food, and the service was very quick. The actual restaurant was a bit mediocre, but I can't provide many details on that since I ordered takeout.
I saw one review saying they had an issue with ordering out using Menufy, and I believe that's been resolved as I had no issues!
The service was quick, and I received my order within 15 minutes of me ordering. Though I did order at 9:30 at night so that probably had something to do with the quickness.
The inside of the restaurant wasn't anything to write home about. A good 9ish kinda big tables with chairs placed around an empty main room. Little privacy and I can't speak to the cleanliness sadly, which I know some people mentioned wasn't the best.
I ordered the Chicken Scewers (first and second pic) and the Chicken with Mixed Veggies (third pic) dinner combo with Fried Rice (fourth pic).
The Chicken Scewers were $8.99 for four of them, which I thought was a bit pricy until I got them. Very big pieces of chicken and very juicy. The skin was a bit burnt, but it was mostly at the ends. I was worried about the chicken itself being cooked alright since I've seen some reviews about food poisoning, but the chicken was cooked fully! Very good otherwise, 8/10.
The Chicken and Mixed Veggies (dinner special) was $13.99 with an added surcharge of $2.00 for the fried rice. This sounded about right and what I'd usually pay for at a typical East Aian restaurant.
The chicken was more thinly cut and was also very good and juicy. The chicken got cold and a bit quickly, but I was fine with that. The veggies we *very* mixed as well. From broccoli to bell peppers, there was everything. I think there were red and green bell peppers, mini corn, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and cucumber. 9/10
The Fried Rice was...fine? I don't usually get fried rice as I'm not a huge fan of rice in general, but it tasted more or less fine. It's a bit dry and stale, and I saw some people say that it was Mexican fried rice? I think it may be after looking at some pictures online. 6/10
There was also a Convenience Fee of $1.50 and a Tax of $1.77. In total, without tip, my order was $26.25. Considering I'll definitely have leftovers with how big the portions were, I'm satisfied with that.“

“This was my kids very first chinese food. We have made it a very hard rule in our house not to eat american chinese food but we had a-sort of credit card deal to eat at PF changs. The kids absolutely loved it all and the staff was great offering chopsticks. Everything was timely and prompt
I however was sick for days after. I have never gotten sick after chinese food and i suspect this was a allergic reaction to something. It was good first time experience.
I would also suggest being careful with the boba tea even with older kids the balls were really hard to pop“
