Their online ordering link from their website has been broken for 2 months and nobody in the restaurant seems to be able to tell me what online ordering platform to use. Please update your website. They are also now charging extra to use a credit card and tap to pay, when everybody uses credit cards these days and tap to pay. The salad is no longer mixed greens, but simply romaine lettuce, and incurs a $1 up charge. The $1 miso cup of soup add-on is gone and all that remains is a $2.50 pint option. What I used to appreciate here seems to be disappearing.“

“I don't go out to eat much anymore, except my tried and true places. This is one of them, that I return to 2 to 3 times a month. I'm also stuck on the same two dinners, that I never get tired of. “If you’re looking at the price thinking it’s steep, the poke combo bowl is a ton of fish.

The fish is, as the owner explains, so incredibly fresh and the best texture/ flavor.

This place is real authentic Hawaiian poke. As good or better than a lot of Hawaiian poke we’ve had in major coastal cities like Seattle and Hawaii itself! Excellent product.

We also got the Chirashi bowl, but both agreed the shoyu limu poke was both the best value and just scrumptious.

Also points for good rice. Not sure how others screw that up but they do.“

“Excellent drinks with amazing customer service! We had a spiced chai-almond milk-regular boba (perfect for Fall), and a taro milk-strawberry popping boba. These gals went above and beyond to make sure drinks were customized to taste (leave some extra time in your visit to account for this) and that we felt super welcome. Already planning a return visit. Also, the front window makes for excellent people watching because you sit a little below street level.“

The spicy ahi is a must try item if you're not in the mood to build your own bowl but I'd definitely recommend building your own and trying out the awesome sauces that they make. The house and garlic serrano sauces have to be my favorites. From the kitchen, I like to get the aloha chicken and will switch it up sometimes with the chicken katsu if I want something crispy. I'd also definitely recommend getting the spam musubi as a side for any meal. Overall, Poke House provides a fun and modern atmosphere with great customer service while delivering delicious poke and kitchen items!“

“I've been eating at this spot for years. I usually come once a week for sushi and a few other items throughout the store. Im basic and always get California rolls and lately its all avocado and no cucumber. Literally no cucumber at all in today's order. I usually don't eat the avocado and remove it since you cannot order it, its premade. It's disappointing that there is no cucumber and this isn't the first time either. Just feedback for chefs, I'm still coming back next week and the week after. I'd also like to note there are 2 slices of ginger for 9 rolls. That seems skimpy IMO“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Menya Ramen & Poke, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish we tried was outstanding and exceeded my expectations.

However, what made this visit especially memorable was the exceptional service from Vanessa. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. Her warm personality and thoughtful service made the entire experience feel even more special.

I usually don’t write reviews, but Vanessa’s kindness and professionalism truly impressed me and inspired me to share this. It’s rare to meet someone who cares so much about making guests feel comfortable and happy.

Because of both the amazing food and Vanessa’s outstanding service, I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

“So good!!! Cute little place on Colfax - recommend parking on a side street and walking over due to construction. They have numerous vegetarian ramen dishes. I had the spicy version and it was incredibly delicious and a huge portion. Staff were nice and the service was quick. I shall return!“

The staff were awesome, Kind and attentive. I dropped the lid of my cup that I had brought in and one of the kind people took it back and washed it for me. Though this is a little farther than the one we usually go to, we will drive the extra miles to this particular Tokyo Joe's.“
