Everyone here seemed genuienly themselves and were open to passer-byers. Beer was cheap, but it was cold and served quick.“

“The Rotary Club of Fort Collins Breakfast wants to thank and recommend The Welsh Rabbit to the people of Fort Collins. In Jan 16th we had our yearly Old Town Progressive dinner where our members go to three locations together-appetizers then a main course then for coffee. Our event organizer members showed up to our first venue and saw a sign that said “closed due to furnace issues”. It was 16 degrees out and 47 members were set to arrive in 30 minutes. The organizers started asking stores if they could host us. The second store we asked was The Welsh Rabbit. They allowed us in and we were in for a treat. Their cheezes were amazing, the ambience so pleasant and many of our members lined up to purchase items. They saved our evening. This store is an example of the heart of Fort Collins! We thank them so very much for what they did for us. Give this business a try! If you need gourmet items, dine wines and delicious cheeses for any event then why he Welsh Rabbit is where you need to visit!“

“My three friends and I traveled from San Antonio and were absolutely obsessed with your shop and employees! They were incredibly kind, and the food was the best!! (PLEASE try the kale sausage soup!) The coffee, house-made syrups, and everything else warmed my heart. It was the best experience ever, and I’m not exaggerating. We planned to leave for San Antonio at 4 a.m. to get home in time before dark, but then we realized if we did that we could not go back to the shop! So we decided to drive through the Texas Hill Country in the dark so we could go to Bread Fellow at 8 a.m. this morning before we went back home. And praise God we did!! You truly have to go here; you won’t regret it, we for sure didn't!“

I ordered and picked up my smoothie w some help from my loving supportive boyfriend! As I was leaving, the owner gently approached me and asked if I was going through treatment and suggested great smoothies designed with chemotherapy patients in mind Hulk was one of the two! I was so full of gratitude when she took time to tell me cause belly issues are common and an easy to hold down men or drink is so important during this time !! My next treatment is on my 52nd birthday September 18, 23 !! I am planning to go to get the hulk as a birthday treat!!! Thank you so much for making today great!!“

My husband wrote on an old receipt "Shhh....sleeping baby" in the hope that they would not wake our gremlin. Not only did the person who came to our window take our order through whispers, but also went back inside and had them turn down the music so when we got to the window it wouldn't wake the baby. This is how you get return customers who are loyal to your store!“
