“My $60+ order was missing all the fries last Saturday. Didn't notice until we got to the house 10 miles away so wasn't worth going back for. Called and asked for refund for missing fries, they said they would upload to my app, they never did. Disappointed. Update: I have since received a credit for the missing items.“
“When I walked in, I was greeted and told where the bathroom was. The bathroom and the front area were super clean. Even after I walked out of the bathroom, they were still mopping.
When I ordered two entries of Chick-fil-A's chickens, two ranch, two Chick-fil-A sauces, they worked pretty fast when I was finished with my order I was talking to the person at the front they FINISHED in 20 seconds or shorter at 10:30 at store was going slow but they were on top of it.
Then, when I finish, they keep a good smile for other customers. Even later, I get a cup of water and finish, and when I stand back up, they ask, do you need a refill? I wish I could put more stars on their work. Best Chick-fil-A ever in my life.
(Update at 11:40) They even have fresh flowers I just checked them by touching them, it smells great and what's crazy is that at this time when I was realizing they offer me some mints while I was sitting at the table with one of my teachers“
“Earlier this evening, I was on my way to pick up my phone from being repaired, which meant I had no map and no way to call my husband for directions on my own. I ended up ridiculously—almost hopelessly—lost, driving through the dark streets of an unfamiliar neighborhood. I stopped at this Chick-fil-A since their employees have a great reputation for their helpfulness.
I was crying and hyperventilating, on the verge of a full on breakdown bc I was so frustrated. I asked the young lady who was at the register, Sailor, if I could use the store phone to call my husband to let him know I was safe. She let me use her personal phone which was so kind to do for a total stranger :')
In addition to getting in contact with my husband- I was able to use her map app to get directions. While I was writing it down on the sticky note that another associate, Logan, gave to me- Sailor and Logan offered me a free meal since I was having such a rough night. They were so kind and helpful- they completely turned my night around and put a smile on my face.
I am so thankful and appreciative of how they went above and beyond to help me even tho I wasn't a customer. They're both amazing employees and it makes me so happy to know that there are good people out there that don't hesitate to help a stranger in need.
I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Thank y'all so much for your kindness, it truly means so so much to me.“
