“Besides their delicious cakes this store has AMAZING customer service. We ordered a cake to be delivered to a co worker, in the notes I asked IF the delivery person was comfortable they could sing her happy birthday. My co worker called me that morning and said the woman who delivered the cakes did just that, sang her happy birthday on her front step!! Since we weren't able to celebrate together because of quarantine this was such a sweet gesture. Will definitely order from them again and can't recommend them enough! :)“

“Posh Cakes baked 10 assorted pies for our wedding in Parker, instead of a cake, and it was a huge hit! Their team was easy to work with and the desserts were very well received. The entire bakery smelled fantastic, and everything in the cases also looked delicious. We bought a blueberry lemon loaf on the spot when picking up the pies, and it was SO GOOD. I'm bummed I live 45 minutes away, but I'll be back.“

“Arrived around 1:45pm on Friday so it wasn't too busy or loud, but there were less bakery selections due to our timing. I got and Jasmine Green tea and the chicken salad protein plate. Tarragon spice in chicken salad was very good. I was a little disappointed in the small portion of chicken. Nice quality of tomato, avocado and greens. I also bought the apple pie, good flavor a bit expensive at $9 but I got to take it home for a few portions. Nice environment. Pleasant visit.“

We make a point to come every Thursday for the fantastic $1.50 deal, and seeing Lailee's friendly face has become a cherished part of our weekly routine. She remembers us, always says hello, and makes us feel so welcome. It’s clear she doesn’t just do this for us; she has a wonderful way of making every single customer feel special.

The ice cream itself is, of course, fantastic—creamy, fresh, and mixed with your favorite toppings on a frozen stone. But it’s team members like Lailee who build customer loyalty and create a community feel. “My wife placed a large order with company at the house. It was delivered by DoorDash or Uber Eats. Not sure but both companies are worthless. We only received a tenth of the order. After contacting Cold Stone, and with no help from the worthless delivery company, Ben (General Manager) delivered the rest of our order. Thank you Ben for going above what you did.
