“I have been to several Vietnamese restaurants in Colorado and this is definitely the best! The food is fantastic. The vegetables are fresh and the seasoning is perfect. The service is outstanding. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. I visit here often and will continue to do so. Try it and you won't go wrong.“

“This place is so delicious and delectable. We ordered the bun bo hue, pho with rare steak and brisket, and the tofu noodle basket. For starters the noodle basket was huge (and you can pick from different types of protein), there was a layer of crispy egg noodles topped with saucy rice noodles and a large variety of vegetables. The bun bo hue was fragrant and spicy, the lemongrass and herb flavor is perfect, and it's a great choice if you like spice/if it's a rainy day. The pho was good, the broth is clean and flavorful, and everything I want from a bowl of pho. The service is great, the restaurant is a little smaller and that just means that they are more attentive. This place offers such a large variety of food, and from what I could tell, all of it looks delicious. You'll spend about 15-20 dollars per person depending on what you order. And at the end of the meal a complimentary plate of coconut jelly is brought out. It is the perfect end to an already delicious experience.“

“Calm, clean atmosphere with attentive service. Even though I’m not vegan, the vegan Hainan “Chicken” with rice and the “Chicken” drumsticks really hit the spot—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Give it a try even if you’re not plant-based; I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pho Saigon on 120th is straight-up the best pho spot around. Every bowl comes out hot, flavorful, and packed with that real homemade taste. The broth is rich, the portions are legit, and the service is always quick and friendly. It’s one of those places you can count on every single time.
If you’re craving pho that actually hits the spot, Pho Saigon is bomb! Highly recommend.“

“I love pho — so much that I make it at home from time to time. I’ve set a new standard for myself: if I can make something better than the restaurant, I don’t go back. That said, I’ve been to dozens of pho spots, and Hot Pho stands out with a flavor I haven’t found anywhere else. If you love pho, this place is for you.“

“This place is a Jem. Best pho I've had since I have been to Vietnam. The owner is from Saigon and although she might not give off the friendly vibe, she's super nice. She speaks very broken English, but what she lacks in linguistics she makes up with her Pho recipe.
The broth is to die for. Both my kids loved, and my wife agreed that is was best pho we've had since Saigon. Since trying Phoever 3 weeks ago we've either eaten there or ordered in 4 times.
Thank you for bringing such an incredible taste of Vietnam to Erie!“

“Really good! The servers are kind but often times seem swamped. Sometimes only one person is servicing the entire restaurant. Their beef spring rolls are immaculate and their pho is aromatic w/ the noodles having a nice chew, and the sprouts are always fresh!! My personal favorite is the lemongrass chicken noodle bowl! Arguably the best pho restaurant in Boulder.“

“This is our favorite pho place up here in Thornton. It has never disappointed us once. Tonight we had Duc as a server and he was phenomenal. His service was literally above and beyond. He was so pleasant and prompt with everything. My little made a little bit of the mess with noodles and I was trying to clean it up and he made sure I knew that he had it and I didn’t have to clean it.
My partner made sure to get his name so that we could sit in his section the next time we come.“

“Edit: this has always been my favorite Pho restaurant, but now it is my ONLY Pho restaurant. I don't know what changed (if anything) but I just had one of the top ten meals if my life. I almost ordered a second bowl but physically it would have been impossible. I still want it though.
Don't pay attention to all the bad reviews below. You will notice that they are all from years ago. This place must have changed ownership since then. I started eating here a year ago and never a bad experience. Great broth, beef tendon is thick-cut, not the tiny pieces you get at most places. Very friendly service as well.“

“We stopped by during our family trip in Colorado! The 1) restaurant was clean and gave a cozy feeling, 2) The pho was rich and noodles were perfectly cooked, 3) the staff were super friendly and so attentive that made the dining experience enjoyable. We will definitely return for the bubble tea and recommend this Vietnamese restaurant.“

“I recently visited this pho spot, and I have to say, it's some of the best pho I've ever had. The broth was absolutely incredible--rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. You can really tell they take the time to craft it right. It's comforting and just what you want when you're craving a hearty, authentic bowl of pho.
The wontons were pretty good too, I'd give them a solid 7/10. They were well-cooked and tasty. The variety on the menu is great, with plenty of other items to choose from if you're not just in the mood for pho.
The atmosphere was a big plus for me as well. It's super quiet and chill, perfect for a relaxed meal if you're looking to unwind or have a conversation without a lot of noise in the background. It feels cozy, but with a modern touch.
Prices were quite reasonable for the quality, and they have a great selection of drinks to complement your meal ranging from teas to other unique options. Whether you're a pho lover or trying it for the first time, I highly recommend giving this place a try!“

“If I could give you a thousand stars I would. I love this place so much! It’s our absolute favorite, I’ve ordered pho, panang curry, pad Thai, crab cheese wontons and thai tea and I have to say every single item on this menu is 1000/10. You literally cannot go wrong with this Thai food. Best Thai food in the denver area by far!!! The owners are an amazing couple and just an all around amazing local business.“

“Lovely first experience at Jennie Pho - we were seated immediately and the service was very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. We enjoyed the food very much. The pho broth was delicious and we especially loved the rare steak and tendon. The accompanying vegetables were fresh and plentiful. On certain days of the week, they have some really amazing deals that we hope we can partake in the future. We also had the pork vermicelli noodle bowl and the pork was tender, great char, and good lemongrass flavor. We were so pleased to get a free kids meal as well - lemongrass chicken over a side of rice that was served immediately with our spring rolls. This was especially great service because toddlers are extremely impatient for food! They know their customer well. We will come back soon. Thank you for the great meal!“

“There are places that placed the priority on the atmosphere to the detriment of the food being served. May Wah has consistently delivered great food, lots of choice, in the neighborhood for as long as I can remember. Don't get me wrong: the atmosphere is most agreeable...(they have a round table with lazy Susan for instance) but the star of this show are the menu choices. I recommend you give them a try!“

“Best bánh mì in Boulder no doubt; get the grilled pork. Bread is light and fluffy with a good chew(but not too much), pork is perfectly browned and seasoned with Vietnamese spices, and it has the perfect ratio of pickled vegetables and cilantro to meat and bread. $1 more than Scrooge but 2x as better and also bigger.“

“Our usual restaurant was closed on Sunday so we took a chance eating here. Not sure why their rating is only a 4 but I would place a solid 5 for everything. Food was delicious, quick service, and friendly employees. You can choose your portion size so no waste or leftovers. I especially loved that no loud music was playing. We were able to enjoy a peaceful conversation and not have to yell over the music.“

“I had lunch at this restaurant today, and that was an outstanding experience. The atmosphere buzzed with energy on this lively Saturday afternoon, creating a vibrant backdrop for my meal. I was truly impressed by the lone staff member skillfully managing the entire operation. He continuously refilled my drink, always with a warm smile, while deftly attending to several other tables. His remarkable multitasking made the experience even more enjoyable. I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit, where I can dive into new dishes and savor more delightful moments.“
