“Finally stopped by this new little gem in Longmont—and I’m so glad I did! Shawna was absolutely wonderful: warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about their butter-making process. I couldn’t resist… I bought one of each flavor they had! Tried it on dinner tonight and it was exquisite. I can’t wait to explore the rest. These butters make perfect gifts—I’ve already decided they’ll be my go-to for the holiday season!“

“We were unlucky enough to have a clutch cable snap on my motorcycle, but lucky enough that it happened not too far from Spirit Hound. The staff were amazing. They brought us iced water and checked on us while we made towing arrangements (it was super hot outside!). We decided to make the best of a bad thing and wait in the distillery. The cocktails were incredible, the charcuterie was amazing, and the staff and atmosphere were great. Despite the situation, we thoroughly enjoyed our accidental afternoon at Spirit Hound and we look forward to returning on purpose one day soon!“

“I went to check this place out and got their Fire-starter Burger with Sweet Potato Fries. The burger was cooked perfectly! Just the small amount of pink I was looking for. 😋 It had just the right amount of jalapeños and guacamole. Did I mention the burger is fairly decent sized for the price?!?! I have never had Sweet Potato fries this good either, most of the places I have gotten them from they are burnt and hard. The restaurant is casual dining and VERY CLEAN! The staff are friendly and amazing as well as VERY VERSED in Service Dog laws. I felt very safe and welcomed here with the calm atmosphere. I would DEFINITELY go back!!!“

“We were a group of 15 on Mother’s Day! Jennifer served us, and she truly was a delight to our whole family! Working her Mother’s Day serving us so kindly and with humor, made the start of our Mother’s Day amazing. The Manager saw we were two seats short and created a solution right away with ease. There was no frustration, worry, or tone with trying to correct the problem. He did it with quickness and kindness! Our Mother’s Day morning was perfect! “They have a lot of nice Japanese dishes here. The menu is diverse and has some fancy options, but I will judge based on fried rice. The fried rice is the best I have ever had. I ordered fried rice, a sashimi platter and a large fried roll this New Year. All fantastic.“

That being said, this is the 4th time I've been in and I really have to say that Alex (Alexandrea) is seriously an exceptional server. I absolutely loved the food, no doubt about that. But I work in the restaurant industry, and have for 22 years. If I could steal her from your restaurant to my job, I would....but I wouldn't be able to have the experience that I continuously have when I go to Garden Gate in Niwot and have her as my server. “So in terms of Longmont locations everyone says blue corn tacos is just amazing but I personally think these guys are a lot better. The food has more flavor and the atmosphere makes you feel better as well, cashiers are quick and on it when you walk in and the cooks make the food pretty quickly so I'd say I'm definitely coming back“

“We had the absolute best experience at Jai Thai! From the moment we placed our order, Sony was so sweet and welcoming. She made the whole process—from ordering to pickup—such a delight. We tried the Chicken Basil Fried Rice, Chicken Satay, Shrimp Pad Thai, and Mango Sticky Rice, and every single dish was outstanding. The basil fried rice was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat, the chicken satay was tender with a delicious peanut sauce, and the shrimp pad Thai had that perfect balance of savory and sweet. To top it all off, the mango sticky rice was fresh, creamy, and the perfect way to end the meal. The food was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. Here lately any podcast Ive been listening to has had an ad for Teriyaki Madness so when I drove down to Longmont, CO I made the decision to eat at Teriyaki Madness.
I absolutely love it all. I got the chicken Teriyaki with vegetables and noodles and an egg roll and it was all amazing. The only part I disliked was that I did not catch the name of the guy who took my order and helped me order because it was my first time there. He was amazing and kind and patient and made sure I was loving what I ordered. He's pretty awesome!
Oh, and I will be back...like a million times!!“
