I couldn’t resist… I bought one of each flavor they had! Tried it on dinner tonight and it was exquisite. I can’t wait to explore the rest. These butters make perfect gifts—I’ve already decided they’ll be my go-to for the holiday season!“

“We were unlucky enough to have a clutch cable snap on my motorcycle, but lucky enough that it happened not too far from Spirit Hound. The staff were amazing. They brought us iced water and checked on us while we made towing arrangements (it was super hot outside!). We decided to make the best of a bad thing and wait in the distillery. The cocktails were incredible, the charcuterie was amazing, and the staff and atmosphere were great. Despite the situation, we thoroughly enjoyed our accidental afternoon at Spirit Hound and we look forward to returning on purpose one day soon!“

That being said, this is the 4th time I've been in and I really have to say that Alex (Alexandrea) is seriously an exceptional server. I absolutely loved the food, no doubt about that. But I work in the restaurant industry, and have for 22 years. If I could steal her from your restaurant to my job, I would....but I wouldn't be able to have the experience that I continuously have when I go to Garden Gate in Niwot and have her as my server. We tried the Chicken Basil Fried Rice, Chicken Satay, Shrimp Pad Thai, and Mango Sticky Rice, and every single dish was outstanding. The basil fried rice was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat, the chicken satay was tender with a delicious peanut sauce, and the shrimp pad Thai had that perfect balance of savory and sweet.
