“We came for dinner one night while in town. I had the California burrito, she just had the spicy white queso and chips. She really enjoyed the queso, it was very thick. The burrito was good and a large portion. Seemed like a typical tex-mex place, which I could tell from the menu and is ok with me. Friendly and helpful service. We also ordered margaritas. One large and one smaller. They were good, although I didn't feel like I'd had much tequila after finishing the large.“

I don't drink and I enjoyed the show/ didn't feel weird for being there for a band.
I honestly could have gone by myself and felt fine. My spouse enjoyed it, though. We were glad we made the decision to see the incredible band last minute.
Liked it so much ( maybe my third time in), I decided to start going to the open mic nights ( when I can)“

“Found this place because I wanted a place open after the end of my shift at midnight. Such a laid back vibe. great cocktails and extensive list of spirits. The kitchen was closed, but the menu looks intriguing. Definitely recommend. Definitely will return.“

“We accidentally came here for dinner because the other place we tried was closed. We couldn't have been luckier! Service was really friendly, the seating was comfy, and the food was incredible. I had three different types of tacos and a cocktail. Heaven. We will definitely be back.“
“My favorite place in Colorado Springs! They have amazing flagship beers along with unique, cutting edge taps that will satisfy the soul. Every time I come in from my home three blocks away I'm impressed and trying something new. I love a brewery that challenges itself, challenges its drinkers, and is hugely successful with ridiculously amazing beer! “Fantastic place! The art is always interesting and can serve as an ice-breaker on dates or when meeting new groups. “Met the owner of Fritzy’s which I believe is the food place behind the bar (not sure if they’re connected). Tried the bbq chicken pizza pocket thanks to Nishaun’s recommendation (who also invented them) — SOOOO GOOD AND GREAT PRICE. Get a lot of food! A++
Also, the bartender Ryan is the best. Always recommend this place to anyone who will listen hidden gem!!“
“Absolutely loved our evening hanging out at Seven’s Gate. Been a long time, fan and visitor of Cerebus across the street, but had never made it over to Seven’s Gate until this evening. They were doing a fundraiser for Manitou Springs pride, and we were met with welcoming, smiles, tasty, beer, and amazing service from Kara. We didn’t get to try any of the food… But that will be a first on the next visit. Highly recommend visiting any time of the week, if you want to stop by for a chill atmosphere and good vibes. Will definitely be back!“

“Me and my spouse came here with a group of friends for a drink after a conference. We end up staying for hours until last call. We danced the night away. Their DJ who goes by the stage name Vicious Pink plays the best music. She tore the house down.

“Excellent bar, the kindness and cordiality of its owners is priceless. We had a great time in the company of the hosts, listening to live music, drinking some good beers with bourbon and even talking about politics with them. She's incredibly attentive, always checking in to see if we needed anything, and her knowledge of the drinks menu is impressive. “Going in to the place is the way to go, 10/10 experience and food quality going in 9 times out of 10. You’ve a 50/50 chance on a DoorDash order. So save money on delivery, get out of your house, and go have a sub and a beer. Ask for the secret stash menu. You’re welcome.“
“A fun place. Bartenders need to be taught how to serve first come. Often stand there several minutes while other people who came after me get served. Take note of who comes and when. Bands are pretty good but some need to be told to do 80% cover and 20% their own - not the other way around. People aren't coming to hear their music, most of the time.“

“My wife and I had an incredible dinner at The Golden Bee! From the moment we sat down, our server Sarah made the evening special. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful with great recommendations.
I had the Pan Seared Verlasso Salmon, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. My wife ordered the Pub Masters’ Brisket Melt, which was rich and flavorful. We started with cocktails; a King’s Old Fashioned for me and a Bee Sting for her; both spot on.
But the star of the night was dessert: the Dark Chocolate Coffee Whiskey Cake. Honestly, it’s beyond description! A decadent, balanced, and the perfect ending to an outstanding meal.
Everything from the service to the atmosphere—was top-notch. We’ll absolutely be back!“
