“OMG!!! I still have to try something that I don't like here, but y'all, the Carne Asada taco is the best on earth!!! Since my first time here this became my favorite spot for tacos! Hands down the best I've EVER had in my life and I'm not joking!! (same goes for the location in LaFayette). These guys know what they are doing! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! You won't regret it! Cocktails (Mojito, Dama Maria and Margaritas) are amazing too, and also the appetizers (Guacamole and Queso Fondido) are to die for! “I’ve been here several times over the last 2-3 years and everytime it’s great. The people are super friendly and it’s about the only good Mexican food in all of Colorado. Most places are terrible examples of Mexican food.

Not only are they the best in Colorado, they are friendly and family owned. I’m actually going there today for lunch and I can’t wait.“

“Had surprisingly wonderful experience at the Restaurant related to Maria, the gal who seated us and served us lunch on Friday, August 30th. I inadvertently left my credit card on the payment tray when I left the restaurant. The Lady that I met for lunch and I went for a drive locally in her car afterward, and I returned to pick up my car an hour or two later. Upon arrival at my car parked a distance away from the restaurant entry, Maria walked out of the restaurant and over to my car to hand me my credit card. With a pleasantly innocent comment about my having left the card in the restaurant. Talk about integrity, humanity and going out of her way to be kind and helpful, Maria is deserving of respect and admiration. Awesome honorable job Maria. Note that Maria is also an excellent waitress and person with whom to interact. She was subtly attentive and helpful without in any way being intrusive. Very impressed with Maria based on this experience.“

The service here was very polite and friendly. The hostest/waitress was very prompt and quick with our orders. Our food was ready in under 15 minutes.

The food is tasty. We got ours to go while running errands. The breakfast burritos were smothered with cheese and green chile. Very good.

I did expect there to be more meat in the burritos. Over filled with egg and potatoes.
Hence the 4 stars.

The kids meal is on point! Good portions and priced right.
Other than that the coffee was good while we waited for the food.

I used to go to the Longmont location when I was a lowly lube tech at King Auto group in the early 2000s and it never let me down then just like it doesn't let me down now. “I've been to this location for about 12 years. I really enjoy their huevos rancheros for breakfast. As a matter of fact, I had the best huevos ranchers I ever had there the other day! There is a young lady who waits tables there. She is always in a good mood, and her service is terrific. Her fiancee cooked that breakfast I liked so much.
I also really like the chicken Indian tacos.
I personally go 1/2 and 1/2 on the green chili. Otherwise, it's a little too hot for me.
Try it out, you won't be disappointed!“
