When I first heard of Mile High a couple of years ago, they were a food cart in downtown Fort Collins. It was worth making the trip for. They changed hands and have been kind of illusive. These lobster rolls are so good. Very fresh and delicious. The only problem I have with this place is that two separate times we have gone to a brewery specifically because they will be there and they have run out of food by time we are there. One time they were scheduled to be at a place for from 4-8. We arrived at 6:30 for them to be say they were out.
