I’ve had this coffee threes times and it has tasted like sh*t each time. I think they repackage Folgers.
TL;DR: Wrong website description and bad customer service.
We first tried a 12 ounce bag of one of their coffee bags and it was excellent, so we decided to order another and different bag.
We ordered the Nordic Blend which has a medium roast level, according to the website. On arrival, I discovered it's a combination light and medium roast. I reached out, asking how we can work this out because this is either a mistake or wrong website description.

Never been to the Cafe so this might not be a fair review however, after buying the coffee beans at King Soopers here in Colorado I have to say "disappointed" isn't a strong enough word.
I grew up ranching in the mountains and started drinking coffee at about 5 years old because it was warmest thing in from chores.
