I’ve purchased your coffee a number of times at a few places in Summit. Yesterday, I needed some caffeine in a drive to Aspen. Remembering that I had seen signs for your café at the Minturn exit off of 70, I stopped in. Great little spot with excellent service. The cortado gave me the energy I needed to get to Aspen, meet with my customer, then go for a 3 mile hike and drive back to Dillon.
