“I had a really great experience at IHOP thanks to the amazing manager, Gloria. From the moment we walked in, she made sure everything was running smoothly and that guests felt welcomed and taken care of. You can tell she truly cares about customer service and her team.
The food came out hot and fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Gloria checked on us personally and made sure our visit was perfect. It’s not every day you see a manager so involved and positive.
Because of her leadership, this IHOP stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to family and friends. Thank you, Gloria, for making our visit such a great one!“
