“Food and Service was amazing!!!“

“I’m blown away. The interior (and exterior neon sign that says in big bold letters, “PIZZA PASTA”) does not match the excellency of the food. Not only was the food exquisite, the customer service was superb as well. Reasonable prices for large portions, quality of ingredients, and attentiveness across the board. My buddy stated, “I don’t want to take the last bite because that means it will all be over.” It was that good. What a hidden gem.“

I had the eggplant parmesan, which was very good. I don't know if the kitchen staff changes, or what? The eggplant portion was very small, three slices of eggplant the size of a silver dollar.“

The new owners straight from Europe The Giaqnni family has changed the plate ware, expanded wine and beer, same chef's and are starting a lunch menu and they say soon a breakfast menu. I had 15 for dinner Saturday night. Food great, fun and wait staff engaging. Owners visited as well. You will like the new settings.“

“We had an Uber delivery gone wrong. Pretty sure, the bag was dropped. Either way the manager Sarah went above and beyond to make things right eventhough it was not even the stores fault. I couldn't be happier with the way she cared so much and tried to fix everything.“

“I think I just had my 2nd best pizza in my life!
Had a 12” sausage with green and red peppers with their Garlic olive oil contraption.
Had them cook just a touch extra as I like my pizza a little more done…(but not Burnt) it was just right! ON POINT!

Wife had a perfect calzone
So did my son another perfect calzone!!

On point very good will definitely be back!!

“We arrived around 4pm so the large dining room was quite empty, which was perfect cause our afternoon was a little hectic. Their lobby had ads for their app - if you download and sign up, you get free calamari. We def cashed in on that.

Since it was an early dinner, we kept it light-ish. We didn’t realize the portions would be huge! I chose the Simply Grilled Salmon with a side of penne pomodoro + soup. Their soup of the day was the Sausage & Lentil, which was so hearty. Lentils swimming in tomato, fennel, sausage and veggies. It had a slight kick to it too, but the most memorable were the glorious garlic burps that followed.

Husband chose the Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and it looked pretty watery. He said it was alright.

The calamari came out last. Super crispy served with lemon wedges and marinara sauce, which looked/tasted like the pomodoro sauce haha. We love calamari, but these were a lil too salty for our preference. We removed some of the breading and it was perfect for us after that.

Service was good and attentive. If we happen to be in the area again, I would be interested in their 2 for $45 deal or other entrees.“

“We've had the opportunity to eat at Homegrown Tap & Dough a few times since they've opened. I've been there with both my family with small kids and my friends. They never disappoint! We've had such an amazing experience there each time. The atmosphere is unbeatable, the food is amazing and they have a great selection of drinks! My kids love going to get food here, we were able to sit and dine in the gondola one of the times we had dinner and it made their night! My change was 88 cents (3 quarters, 1 dime, and 3 pennies) after staring in the till for a few seconds, I got back 3 quarters. The new "math"!!!!!! October 1, 2024, Well it looks like no one at your place gives correct change. Coins seem to be an involuntary donation to your business. Guess we could begin rounding the check down to eliminate the coins, but you would scream like a stuck hog. Only solution is to modify the "tip" to recover the coins!!!!!!!!“

He raved about Josiah (I think that is his name) and I agree. He was very personable and was great with everyone that came in. He made us all feel welcome and the service was great. We’ll be back!“

“The kitchen is dirty and in need of a remodel. Most likely all of his kitchens are. The owner doesn't care how filthy a restaurant is. He runs his restaurant in Lakewood with a man who looks like he has syphilis on his hands. After my husband was working next to the guy I can tell you he does not wash his hands. Jared, consider hiring a new chef for your restaurant in Lakewood or, just closing all your restaurants now. The owner Jared Leonard doesn't pay employees and vendors. He's opening three new restaurants in Punta Mita right now though. Also, he ran off on his business partner in Chicago and got sued. He's been sued many times and prefers threats over pay.“
