Amazing restaurant. The burgers are amazing and my favorite part about it has to be the desserts. The european theme is very apparent and I like the casual atmosphere this place has while still offering a modern dining experience.
Our family has gone to Timbers five times in the last six years and the quality of food has unfortunately gone down hill. Apparently the head chef left half way through the season this year, but that doesn't excuse the poor quality of the food we had served to us this week. I would hold off on booking a reservation until they hire a chef. We landed at Timber Room for my birthday after a last-minute change of plans, and what a great surprise it turned out to be. The place was packed and buzzing, but the concierge and manager still went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 9, turning on the patio heaters and making sure we were comfortable while they worked their magic to get us seated.
