“We came close to closing and still received excellent service. The staff was amazing, the food was amazing. Telluride has great food so expectations were high. Petite Manson did not disappoint. The bartender made a great old fashioned. The steak au poivre was excellent.“

“I don’t know where to start here, but to say that this place surpassed all of our expectations. The three of us spent so much time in New York City which really raises your bar in terms of food. This place really set a new standard for tacos. You absolutely can’t miss it. Here are some recommendations: the Nashville chicken, buffalo chicken Chicharrón quesadilla, and the smoked pork belly BLT taco. Enjoy.“

“We came here on our last night in Telluride as a group of 9. Staff, cocktails, food, vibes were all 10/10. This is not your typical restaurant or one you'll want to go to for a quiet, romantic night out, but if you're looking to eat some amazing waygu, drink a funky cocktail or two and end your night with a shotski, this is the place for you. We will definitely be back!“

“Absolutely delicious food and a great spot for a birthday dinner. Brisket nigiri and pork ramen were fabulous, as was the key lime pie. Excellent cocktail selection as well. Not a fast experience - was about an hour from sitting down to receiving the mains - but absolutely delicious, and a great atmosphere. We'll be back!“

“Quality, gourmet food with excellent service. Would come back again for the trout & ravioli (cooked to perfection) and the bread pudding (mainly just the caramel sauce) . Scallops & pork belly app was disappointing, but experience overall was great.Vegetarian options: Full vegetarian menu with excellent selection for every course - amazing spot for veg eatersDietary restrictions: Accommodating to gluten and tree nut allergies (though GF rice cracker for bread was a joke)“
“This little hotel lobby restaurant far exceeded our expectations. The halibut was delicious, as was the panko chicken sandwich. The service was excellent and the kitchen staff thanked us more than once for coming. It made us feel special. We definitely recommend this for a low key, quiet, casual dinner in Telluride.“

“Ordered salad, chili, chicken wings, and beer. The salad had too much dressing and was salty, but the ingredients were delicious. Chili is also classic deliciousness. The chicken is a fried buffalo chicken wing, which is delicious but tastes more like junk. The draft beer was delicious and on a Colorado level. Overall, the food at a ski resort is of a high standard.“

“A great restaurant, with great ambiance and spectacular staff….just don’t go there expecting it to be the same as the National restaurant that preceded it, in that same location. New ownership, new menu, similar ambiance and decor (overall). Smaller portions over much of the menu (notably housemade pastas, which *were* indeed good!). Dessert menu was less exciting than we are used to (again, unfairly comparing it to the National restaurant of old). Great wine knowledge/list…thank you Kate! Cocktails fell somewhat flat *for us* (Buenas Noches: mezcal completely hidden by Fanta-like sweetness) except for the Night Vision (think that was the name…Palo Santo infused, stellar concoction)All in all a young restaurant with great, well-trained staff and a very workable menu overall. After years of dining at the old National (re-conceived as The Grand, to open soon), our expectations were inappropriately applied to this new restaurant. Our vote would have been for them to choose an entirely new name rather than giving the *appearance* of coattail-riding (we were told the justification was that the historic building was once called the National Club). We wish them the best of luck!“

“Most likely the best restaurant for a group of friends. Set in a 5 star Forbes hotel the ambiance is like eating at home with friends. Everything is served family style and sharing isn’t only encouraged, it’s practically mandatory. My favorite dish was the elk loin because it was so juicy and tender but the foie and tartar we started with was to die for. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.“
