“The edamame was great! Two ordered entrees “medium” heat after being warned the “hot” was really hot. Both were disappointed as neither had heat. Two of us had the sampler and it was good, but not great. The prices are high. I don't care to go back.“

They were a great choice for dairy and gluten-free needs, and we wish they were in our hometown so we could eat there all the time. We did get a reservation for a Sunday night. Truly a special place.“

“Laid back spot in Telluride. Fun atmosphere. A lot of kids, so if you are looking for "adult" this isn't it. But Charlie (one of the owners) tells a great story and works the room, and all the deserts and hand made by Floradora, so it is a local treat.“

“The French Onion Soup needed more salt. Service was good. Otherwise, the food lived up to the hype. Overall a good experience, considering they are basically a food stop halfway up the mountain. You have to wait in line to make a reservation but can't ask for a specific time, so it's really first come, first served. That was a little weird.“

“We had a fantastic experience at Baked in Telluride! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We visited on Thanksgiving, and they had an amazing deal for a Thanksgiving meal. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a holiday meal. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!“

“Anna was fantastic and the food was DELICIOUS! Caesar salad has little micro, flash-fried garlic crisps. Blue cheese burger was the best I've ever had; big chunks of super nice blue cheese with a perfectly buttered and grilled bun and juicy mushrooms. Truffle fries were perfect. Freaking great. “In a town of mediocre food & service this was a hidden gem. Cosy restaurant in The Hotel Telluride. Our party of 6 ate here 4 times & all were excellent. Guiseppe was a great host & always managed to find us a table when we arrived without a reservation. Service was quick & he was friendly & attentive. The special of the petit fillet with mash potatoes & asparagus plus a glass of wine for $26 was exceptional value. Dessert was very good as well. They even dropped us home afterwards in their hotel courtesy vehicle. Nice atmosphere in hotel lobby for a pre or after dinner drink in front of the fire. 1 night they had a live guitarist which was very nice. Can't fault the food or service. Would definitely eat here again“

“Both the burger and the ham and cheese were good. The staff was kind and quick the atmosphere was perfect, there was a bit of chill the air so they had the fire places going.
