“After having a good soak at Mt. Princeton Hotsprings , we had our dinner at the resorts’ restaurant . The food was amazing . We started off with some drinks and apps. The hot chocolate was very tasty . The crab croquettes was delicious . Entrees were really tasty too . We finished it off with their Vanilla Creme Brulee , which is a must try.They have a spacious dining area and a great patio . The views of the mountains were amazing. Service was great and staffs were friendly. Ambiance was really nice too.Greatly reccommend this spot .”

“WOW! So glad we stopped here instead of the Subway we passed in Buena Vista! We both had the Green Chili Philly and it was FANTASTIC. It was served fast and hot. The steak was very thin cut and whatever sauce they used was very tasty. The Pueblo green chilies were, of course, great. Their fries are very large. Their small fry is 2x the size of 5 guys and 1/2 the price. I do think that they would be better with seasoning, but they were still pretty good. Seemed like they were using real potatoes, not frozen.”

“My fiancé and I vacationed to Colorado, along our drive we came across this cafe..given it was Easter Sunday, we didn’t think anything would be open but we got lucky here, not just because they were open but because the food was delicious! I loved the blueberry loaf bread and the lavender matcha cookie! “The food and service were both very good. The guacamole was fresh, and just perfect. We had the carne asada plate (pictured), Aguachiles verde, and a kid's plate with burrito, rice and beans.Everything was good. The carne asada plate was missing the grilled onions, but everything else was good.Would recommend, and would return. Out of all the Mexican food in BV and Salida, this is probably the best.”

“This is such a cute space both inside and on the patio. I was told they had good pizza and that is an understatement, it's some of the best pizza I've had. The staff was also very lovely and attentive. It was quick to get my beer and food but they didn't rush me at all to leave. I will come back here next time I drive through BV.”

“Our favorite place to stop in Buena Vista. The location is beautiful, and the pastries and coffee are always amazing. My favorites are the chai, scones, drip coffee, and lattes here.It is often extremely busy here midday, and can be difficult to find a seat once you get your food and drinks. When the weather is nice sitting outside is a great option.”

“We dropped in for a quick breakfast treat and found this to be an awesome little bakery! The lady working there was so nice, the sausage kolaches were delicious, and we loved the donut varieties. The applesauce cake and the cappuccino cake donuts were our favorites. The donuts are on the smaller size, but this is a locally owned small business, so that's to be expected. Stop by and enjoy!”
