“Katy and the entire staff at 99 Bar Saloon made my son’s birthday dinner last night such a wonderful experience! It absolutely did not disappoint. The staff was exceptional, especially Katy, who was friendly, attentive, and gave us wonderful recommendations. The drinks were on point, and the food was delicious! The arugula salad with fried chicken and the meat and potato with brisket burnt ends were both absolutely divine.
And to make the evening even more special, they surprised us by comping the churros for my son’s birthday. They were homemade and served with homemade chocolate sauce—so, so good!

“Went to our local Five Guys and when walking in, we immediately got greeted while the workers kept workin diligently. Serenity helped us within moments with a smile, even though we could feel it was pretty hot in the restaurant. We commented on it and she let us know that not only were they two workers short but the AC went out on them. Poor girls were sweating there tails off by the hot grills but kept on workin hard! Wow! That's dedication that's hard to find.
We offered to prop open their doors for air flow and it was definitely welcomed and helped cool the place down a little.
Isabell was the other amazing worker that night and just wanted to let their boss and everyone else know how impressed we were with how hard they worked, knowing their situation and also, food was still bangin!! “Just had dinner with family & everything was incredible. The decor is interesting, there’s tons to look at. Even the mismatched and kitschy dinnerware. We enjoyed the jalapeño poppers, fried pickles and okra. The cauliflower tacos, brisket sandwich, steak mac and cheese and beyond burger were all made perfect and came out hot and quick. They even split my nieces’ mac in separate bowls without us asking. Our server, AJ, was friendly and timely! Thanks for the good time Waterloo 🫶!“

“My kids and I stopped in this Burger King for a quick after school snack. Hayden was quick and efficient and totally cool to my kids. Caleb too. They hooked my kids up with some mini vanilla cones and Sponge Bob toys. The place is clean too and the food was hot and fresh. Huge shout out to Hayden. He’s good at what he does and the fact he was super cool to my children shows you what kind guy he is. We will back again to this location.“

“Went in for lunch a couple days ago with a friend for a couple of burgers. There was one server, one cook, maybe a dishwasher. It was not busy but wanted to give a thumbs up to our waitress cheyenne. She was so polite thoughtfull kind. I felt bad that she was on her own as hostess server busses and we left her a 50% tip now I wish I would have left 100%. Next time I'm in there im sure I will. If the manager reads this, give her a raise, she deserves it!!“
