Great staff with an organized and well cleaned restaurant.
The manager they have there, Missy shows amazing customer service qualities with a friendly attitude,
Positive, professional and even can get you laughing.
The best you could want in a manager in my opinion.
Going in to a friendly environment and great atmosphere to get good quality fresh meals and walk away satisfied with a smile and knowing it was from a good experience from a well managed restaurant is what adds to the day.
Missy, is the kind of manager that should be in all of these work environments.

“Probably the best green Chile cheeseburger I’ve had outside of New Mexico. Their fried or grilled chicken sandwiches are also excellent! Paired alongside Upslope beer, anything they can give will equal a fantastic experience. I highly recommend going on Tuesdays for trivia!“

“This restaurant has absolutely wonderful breakfasts with one glaring exception. They do not make hash browns or country fries; rather they serve tater tots in place of these traditional breakfast potatoes. The tater tots are like you buy in the frozen section of a grocery store. The reason they give for not serving traditional potatoes made no sense. So go there for a wonderful breakfast just don't expect traditional potatoes. I still go there but I don't order potatoes of any kind because I know I'm going to get tater tots
The Thai tea is exceptional as are the pancakes, the waffles, the eggs and the meat.
The atmosphere is harmed by hard surfaces on all six sides including the ceiling. With only a few people in the restaurant the sound level is high and with more people it is deafening.
Services friendly and speedy.
So in summary it's a very good restaurant with a couple of serious limitations, namely the potatoes and the noise level. The potato situation could be corrected easily. The noise level could be corrected with some acoustic material on the walls and ceiling.“

“Amazing food and a very professional, lively staff that work well with each other! Have had a few bad experiences at other locations in town compared to other cities I’ve lived in as far as feeling unwelcomed, but this place is one of the only locations that actually makes me miss working in the food industry. The fact they don’t accept cards is a little strange to me since I believe all businesses should accept any form of money. Nevertheless, still good food and good vibes.“

“Just had dinner with family & everything was incredible. The decor is interesting, there’s tons to look at. Even the mismatched and kitschy dinnerware. We enjoyed the jalapeño poppers, fried pickles and okra. The cauliflower tacos, brisket sandwich, steak mac and cheese and beyond burger were all made perfect and came out hot and quick. They even split my nieces’ mac in separate bowls without us asking. Our server, AJ, was friendly and timely! Thanks for the good time Waterloo 🫶!“

“Great local spot! Full bar with great food, large beer and liquor selection with multiple pool tables and bar games. Make sure to go on karaoke nights (Wed, Fri, Sat) because they are always a blast!! Shoutout to the bartenders and support staff who always take care of their guests.“
“I was hesitant on ordering a crispy chicken sandwich from a “hotel restaurant and bar” but I’m SO glad I did. The room service was quick and hot, and it was the best chicken sandwich I’ve had.“

“I went on a Tuesday night. Good crowd for midweek The Chicken Sandwich was probably one of the best I have ever had. Tender chicken, perfectly cooked. Lily waited on us. “If you are looking for authentic Mexican food look no further, Taqueria del Sol is the place for you. If you haven’t yet tried the quesabirrias I highly recommend them. The menudo and tacos are also great. This is a family owned restaurant Yovanny and Flor are great people and super friendly. You won’t regret giving this place a try.“

“I've always loved the Whopper but now it's even better. The bun is improved and so is the mayonnaise which really is creamier. It used to often drip out of the sandwich, but now it stays in there and tastes better. Also, the service at this location is generally fast and friendly.“
“Normally I really like Dairy Queen, but wish they would require customers to wear a mask while in the store. It was kindof gross to see people standing in there without one. And the manager had one on but not covering her nose or mouth. Ewwww...“
