That being said, this is the 4th time I've been in and I really have to say that Alex (Alexandrea) is seriously an exceptional server. I absolutely loved the food, no doubt about that. But I work in the restaurant industry, and have for 22 years. If I could steal her from your restaurant to my job, I would....but I wouldn't be able to have the experience that I continuously have when I go to Garden Gate in Niwot and have her as my server. “We were unlucky enough to have a clutch cable snap on my motorcycle, but lucky enough that it happened not too far from Spirit Hound. The staff were amazing. They brought us iced water and checked on us while we made towing arrangements (it was super hot outside!). We decided to make the best of a bad thing and wait in the distillery. The cocktails were incredible, the charcuterie was amazing, and the staff and atmosphere were great. Despite the situation, we thoroughly enjoyed our accidental afternoon at Spirit Hound and we look forward to returning on purpose one day soon!“

“I love this place. I live in Thornton so it takes about 30 minutes to get there. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Good size patio with umbrellas and on hot days misters. They have a U shaped bar. Probably about 10 seats and then you order at the bar. They package a limited amount of their beer. Lucid AF is fantastic! They have a main area of seating and then they have a back room that is a little smaller but has TVs. It has a few pinball machines too. Always a great selection of beer from light to dark, from low ABV to high. I definitely recommend this place! Cheers!“

“I love it here!! I order the house chai with almond milk and their coffee, both are so delicious. The view is one of the best in terms of coffee shops in Boulder, and the cups are so cute!

Also, the atmosphere inside is great they have plenty of outlets, the music is pretty calm, and the plants inside look like they are all thriving.

“We recently held our son's and our new daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner at Parma Trattoria & Mozzarella Bar and every detail was perfect! Emilio and Mike provided helpful guidance every step along the way and ensured that our event went smoothly. We had a large party (44 people) and they recommended that we hold our event in the heated patio area for more privacy which was a great call. Our amazing servers Julie and Ilona are top notch and didn’t miss a beat. From helping us set up/decorate the tables to taking our orders to promptly serving/clearing dishes after each course to ensuring that no one waited for beverages, their service was flawless! And the food! Everyone raved about how delicious each dish was. I forgot to take photos of all my dishes but included a few to show how beautiful/tasty they look/are! It's hard to pick a favorite dish since we ordered just about everything on the menu and it was all delicious! Great cocktails and wine list too! A special callout to our new in-laws (the Francas and the Englishs of Thornton) for recommending Parma! We highly recommend Parma Trattoria & Mozzarella Bar and their talented/customer focused team for their delicious food, inviting atmosphere, and outstanding service!“

“We were in Denver for a wedding and ran up to Longmont to see a friend from HS. We asked where a good place to eat was and after a few options we decided on 300 Suns based on the options for hatch! Items bought were vegetarian green chili (that person is a chili snob and said it was the best they had had at a restaurant), the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with fries and they refused to share, and last was a green chili smash burger. To be fair I love green chilis but don’t like getting burgers at restaurants (you can screw the patty up fast), and really hate smash burgers… this was one of the juiciest and flavorful burger I have ever had! Would recommend it 10/10! We got it with the house chips and they didn’t disappoint either. The only thing we wished they had was west coast styled IPA’s, or an IPA over 6-6.5 ABV. But the beer that we got was great.“
