Sushi Bars in Peyton, CO

“Ive been staring at this restaurant for awhile and Im so glad we finally stopped in. Everything we tasted was amazing. I am often disappointed with calamari but was pleased they were crisp and flavorful. Im also very picky about my sushi and hate it when I try a new restaurant that flops. We had starlight 1 , 3, rainbow roll and crazy spicy roll. We truly had a tough time picking a favorite. The staff was super friendly and gave us the history on the restaurant and explained why the fish was so fresh and flavorful. We will be back!! I need to try the sashimi next!“
