My NO recommendation is based on the drive-thru. 3/1/2020 - ordered two Big Johns.
One light lettuce, no cheese
One no lettuce with cheese and pickles
Got home - both sandwiches had lettuce (which I scraped off and trashed). The other sandwich had no tomatoes (also written on the wrapper).
We had the guy read the order back and what he said was correct. So where’s the disconnect? Never using drive-thru again...best to go in and watch them make the sandwich...read full review
