We picked up dinner tonight and it was absolutely delicious, so good we had to call the restaurant afterwards to let them know. The person who took our order was quite friendly and patient. We were able to pick our order up in 20 minutes and the lady (Terry) who brought out our food could not have been any friendlier. The food was labeled for us, the portions were very generous and well worth the cost, the food was the perfect temperature when we were ready to eat. Highly recommend...read full review
Ordered stuffed sopapilla and chili rellenos. Both were delicious. Great service and wait time wasn't too bad considering they were busy with a few larger tables.
We had my dad’s surprise birthday party at Nacho’s, and we couldn’t have picked a better place! The staff was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was already set up when we got there, the food was delicious, and everyone had such a great time!

**Nacho's Restaurant | Mexican** is a Pueblo, Colorado gem that has been serving buena comida in the same location for over 40 years. The owner and staff spent a lot of time and talent painting and decorating the establishment, creating perfectly warm, colourful, comfortable, and festive surroundings. The menu is wildly varied, featuring different heat levels of pork green chile with a unique slightly smoky flavour. The burrito smothered with hot chile and the chewy yet crunchy taco shells are highlights. The chorizo is done unlike anywhere else, and the crispy tacos are a must. The Nacho Combo includes a cheese enchilada, tostada, green chili tamale, and a chorizo taco that is fire, with fire salsa. The chips are not the greatest but not the worst. Chiles rellenos smothered with Christmas are the best. The food is consistently delicious and carefully prepared at prices families can afford. However, the restaurant is pretty dated, and there are no substitutions. Chips and salsa cost extra, and refills come without ice. One visit found employees sweeping and mopping two hours before closing, with the smell of cleaning chemicals instead of Mexican food aroma. Despite this, the food is really good, and many customers drive 40 minutes a couple of times each month.
